I’ve been working with Vardot for 2-3 years now, and their level of service is outstanding. From the RFP submission to the monthly maintenance and education, I am constantly impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and overall high quality of work. They deliver beautiful designs in extremely tight windows—we launched our entirely redesigned site in 6 months!—and for more reasonable fees than other companies. And the fact that they are headquartered in the Middle East allows for a natural 24/7 workflow that you would pay a premium for with other companies. I would give 0 stars if I could. This company dragged out our website creation process from 6 months to over a year. They continuously ignored requests, ignored our direct emails, ignored files we provided, and on. The final product was delivered full of 404 errors, spelling and grammar mistakes, incorrect files, missing files, triplicate files, and on. We were passed around from person to person throughout the entire process. They told us they understood the needs of an HRA, but continuously betrayed that statement. They ignored our request for team training on the new site, which was part of our agreement. Stay away from this company.
