Horrible experience with this agency. They wasted thousands of dollars on keywords not related to my business, failed to deliver accurate monthly reports, and my website had better SEO results before they started. I was on page 1 for my most important keyword, and am now on page 3 in a six month period. My account was passed on to 3 or 4 separate reps due to employee turnover and I was constantly reeducating people about my company and goals. My business was better off with Reach Local! Thankfully I only signed a 6 month contract, I don't know if my business could have survived an entire year of Advantix induced set backs.

I worked with this company for about a month. While they list a virtual office address in the USA, they operate entirely from India. Based on publicly available information, including the Texas Secretary of State records, they are not registered as an LLC in Texas. My personal experience included a high level of micromanagement, perceived favoritism towards certain employees, repeated changes to my seating without consideration, and an instance of unprofessional behavior from a colleague, which was reported but not addressed by the company. In my view, this workplace may offer learning opportunities for freshers starting their careers. However, experienced professionals may want to carefully evaluate these factors before making a decision to join.

We have been working with Phase 3 for over 10 years. They have printed over 500 plaques for our Worldwide Daffodil Project. The creative support and customer service has been fantastic. Recently the number of sites participating in the Daffodil Project has grown significantly and coordinating printing and shipping was becoming an issue for us. This year we started using Phase 3's MediaLink system. It has been great. We have control over the ordering and are provided the tracking information. Using their large shipping account our cost of shipping is much lower. As we continue to grow it's great to have Phase 3/MediaLink as a partner in this effort.

We hired flexsin technologies to build software for us in July 2022. They agreed to sign NDAs and all relevant paperwork. They prepared the NDA as they preferred it and sent it to us for review and signature. We reviewed the NDA and changed the Jurisdiction to UK and sent it back to them for a signature which they delayed in signing up to date. After they reviewed everything, they gave us an estimation of USD 17,000. They sent us a contract with upper price cap stating that any extra activities and costs incurred above the agreed upper price cap will be their responsibility and we as the client will have to pay nothing extra. They estimated the project will take 12-14 weeks. They started the project and assured us the NDA and Contract is getting sorted and they will send it over as soon as. Long story short flexsin Technology never honoured the contract and the price cap as the price started increasing past the price cap. It is now been 8 months since they started the project and they have not signed the NDA nor the Contract as agreed. We noticed they misspelt the names on the NDA and Contract. We asked them to rectify the spelling mistakes and they have refused asking us to Change the NDA that they wrote themselves to meet their interests. They are asking us to include on the NDA that UPwork will resolve disputes in relation to incorrect spellings on the paperwork and the NDA as if they are planning to make more mistakes. Up work is just a platform that brings developers and clients together, UPwork does not resolve spelling mistakes and unsigned paperwork. UPwork is NOT developing our software for us, we did NOT share the software information with UPwork, we shared information with Flexsins Technologies and above all Up work did NOT misspell or fail to sign the NDA or Contract, that was Flexsins Technologies mistakes to fix and NOT UPwork mistakes to fix. They are now asking to write another contract for more money probably with another price cap just to lure. They have agreed to send the assets back to us immediately. We are currently working with Nimaroh to do a full redesign of our branding and website. The experience has been an awesome one so far. Here is one of our experiences that highlights who Nimaroh is most. After a first pass of our website redesign we liked the attempt but not fully. We gave very precise and clear direction on what we didn't like and would like to see different. A week later we were set to meet to see the updates and I was nervous about what we would see and that the edits would miss the mark.....BOOM absolutely blow away by the updates. The feedback was carefully listened to and iterations were made in a way that showed they listen to their customers but also know what they were doing. I will say I trusted them from the beginning but after this I had no doubt in their ability and professionalism. The final thing I will say is I don't know how many projects or customers Nimaroh currently has ( I am sure its lots) but every time we interact it feels like we are their only customer and priority. They never forget who you are, where you last left off, or feedback you provided. It's like working with a friend you can trust. 10/10
