I worked with this company for about a month. While they list a virtual office address in the USA, they operate entirely from India. Based on publicly available information, including the Texas Secretary of State records, they are not registered as an LLC in Texas. My personal experience included a high level of micromanagement, perceived favoritism towards certain employees, repeated changes to my seating without consideration, and an instance of unprofessional behavior from a colleague, which was reported but not addressed by the company. In my view, this workplace may offer learning opportunities for freshers starting their careers. However, experienced professionals may want to carefully evaluate these factors before making a decision to join.

We hired flexsin technologies to build software for us in July 2022. They agreed to sign NDAs and all relevant paperwork. They prepared the NDA as they preferred it and sent it to us for review and signature. We reviewed the NDA and changed the Jurisdiction to UK and sent it back to them for a signature which they delayed in signing up to date. After they reviewed everything, they gave us an estimation of USD 17,000. They sent us a contract with upper price cap stating that any extra activities and costs incurred above the agreed upper price cap will be their responsibility and we as the client will have to pay nothing extra. They estimated the project will take 12-14 weeks. They started the project and assured us the NDA and Contract is getting sorted and they will send it over as soon as. Long story short flexsin Technology never honoured the contract and the price cap as the price started increasing past the price cap. It is now been 8 months since they started the project and they have not signed the NDA nor the Contract as agreed. We noticed they misspelt the names on the NDA and Contract. We asked them to rectify the spelling mistakes and they have refused asking us to Change the NDA that they wrote themselves to meet their interests. They are asking us to include on the NDA that UPwork will resolve disputes in relation to incorrect spellings on the paperwork and the NDA as if they are planning to make more mistakes. Up work is just a platform that brings developers and clients together, UPwork does not resolve spelling mistakes and unsigned paperwork. UPwork is NOT developing our software for us, we did NOT share the software information with UPwork, we shared information with Flexsins Technologies and above all Up work did NOT misspell or fail to sign the NDA or Contract, that was Flexsins Technologies mistakes to fix and NOT UPwork mistakes to fix. They are now asking to write another contract for more money probably with another price cap just to lure. They have agreed to send the assets back to us immediately. Our experience with Lead Origin was nothing short of a nightmare. They came to us with grand promises and high expectations but delivered nothing substantial in return. The account manager was consistently rude and dismissive of our requests, refusing to help with even the simplest inquiries. It quickly became clear that they were more interested in padding their pockets than actually delivering results. After months of minimal to zero service, we managed to get out of their lengthy 1-year contract, which the account manager confirmed was fully closed. Yet, out of nowhere, we were contacted by a collection agency representing Lead Origin, threatening us with legal action to pay for services that were never provided. Their unprofessionalism and greed are staggering. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from this agency. Lead Origin’s only goal is to separate you from your hard-earned money while offering nothing in return.

It's the place where I experienced the worst stress. I believed the story of not being good at working there. The agency is a slave driver, working from 0 to 10, as far as I knew, in 2022. It exceeded my limits as a person, but not as a worker, because now I know I'm very good at my current job, where they value every minute I give them. If you're toxic and love working from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., this place is for you. Of course, with the help of chat gpt, you're already on the other side today in 2024, but think twice and do your research on horror agencies. We had a great initial project with Ameex before they were purchased by Perficient. Post-support was slow, but acceptable, however as time went on, I stopped getting the level of communication and time itemization I was accustomed to. With Perficient taking over, things devolved pretty quickly, and despite multiple conversations with my account manager - nothing changed, even after bumping up hours to have more dedicated resources. Ultimately, I cancelled the contract this year. Disappointing because their team/work was stellar (and the development team is still solid) before, but the simple asks were continually ignored, and over time, I lost trust that I was getting the hours agreed upon. Towards the end, there was also what felt like a lot of gaslighting of my concerns, and outside of an initial project, I cannot recommend Perficient for ongoing support. Edit: I'm now bumping this to a 1 Star because I've spent the last 3 weeks digging into code and it's one questionable decision after another. Really poor.
