I had someone from this company messaged me about what seemed to be an interesting job posting at first glance. I tried to ask them a question about the job posting. They tried to dodge the question more than once, refusing to answer me. Also, according to their recruiter, they got my resume, which is clearly outdated, from some scammy website. Claimed to have called my number but clearly isn’t the case. They act very aggressive too.If they do contact you, run.

I should be giving them 1 star, but since the interview process went smoothly and the final interviewer was kind enough, I should consider that. I think what influenced me in providing this review is that after they're done with the application process. The recruiter said that they'll gonna keep us updated through the same platform where they created the group chat, but after sending us a feedback form, they just removed us from that GC without providing any reason why. And it took them a week before I could get any update if ain't for me asking them about it first. They thrive on empty promises and are not even proactive, which I think compromised my trust in their application process. Imagine, imagine waiting for a week instead of being able to move forward with another company, and if I hadn't done the initiative to reach out to them first, imagine how long they would keep holding me off. That's just being unprofessional. And what's funny is they literally have three Applicants for the position, and with one moving forward with his application, they are only left with two, but still, they couldn't even handle that kind of simple task. How incompetent, and it's disappointing that you're leading on candidates only to leave them hanging by a thread on their own. What a letdown. Such a frustrating experience.

Based on this, I resigned from my previous role — only to be strung along for nearly 10 weeks with repeated start date delays, vague communication, and empty assurances that clearance was “coming any day now.”Throughout this time, I remained professional and patient, even when timelines continued to slip. I was promised a modest financial gesture to offset the hardship of leaving my job based on their word — that, too, has yet to be fulfilled. I’ve lost income, stability, and viable opportunities during this process, and I would not want any other professional to go through the same.Some individual staff members (like Theo and Abhishek) were communicative and made an effort, but the agency as a whole was disorganized, opaque, and unreliable. I strongly encourage others to vet this agency thoroughly before making any career decisions based on their offers. Your time, livelihood, and trust are too valuable.UPDATE:Since posting my original review, I’ve learned that my situation was unusual, and Vbeyond did work with me to get things moving. Some staff members, like Theo and Abhishek, were communicative and supportive, and I was able to negotiate a few things outside my original contract. In the end, I completed the assignment successfully, and I appreciate that they stuck with me through the process.
