I started working with SoftDoes when our product had already grown beyond the point where small fixes were enough. We needed to rethink several parts of the system and make sure the next stage of growth would not create even more technical debt. The team got into the project fast. Within the first few weeks, they helped us identify the main bottlenecks, clean up several fragile integrations, and improve the parts of the platform that were slowing us down the most. One practical result was that a key operation that used to take around 4-5 minutes now takes less than a minute. I also saw a noticeable drop in recurring technical issues after the release. What I liked most was the way they worked with us. Very little ceremony, clear communication, good technical judgment, and a strong sense of ownership.I’d be happy to work with SoftDoes again on another complex software project.

My experience with SoftDoes has been extremely disappointing. Their communication is terrible, the people I dealt with were highly unprofessional, and their pricing is absolutely outrageous compared to the value of the work being delivered. One of my biggest concerns is the company’s lack of transparency. From what I’ve observed, their development work appears to be outsourced to people in Ukraine through another company called Come Back Agency. Even when I searched for SoftDoes online, its website appeared to redirect to Come Back Agency.Take a look at their LinkedIn yourself. They present themselves as a Kansas City-based company, yet I couldn’t find a single employee listed as being based in Kansas City. That raises serious questions about their business structure, where their team actually operates, and who you’re really paying to develop your software. My interactions with the CEO, Orest, were particularly unpleasant. I found him extremely arrogant, dismissive, and condescending. He speaks to customers as though they’re beneath him. Rather than addressing legitimate concerns professionally, his attitude made an already frustrating experience even worse.Their Google reviews also raised serious red flags for me. Several reviewer profiles appeared to have AI-generated profile pictures, and the reviews themselves read as though they were written by ChatGPT rather than genuine customers. Many of these accounts had only ever reviewed SoftDoes. After I confronted them about these concerns, I noticed that some profile pictures had been changed to what appeared to be stock images, and the accounts had gained an additional review of random places. I cannot independently verify who operates these accounts, but the timing and patterns made me seriously question the authenticity of their online reputation.Nothing about my experience with SoftDoes has inspired trust. If you’re looking for custom software development, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Verify who you’re actually doing business with, who will be developing your software, and what you’re paying for.

We had been running a large part of our business through spreadsheets and a mix of different tools for years. We've grown past spreadsheets now. SoftDoes built a custom platform around the way our team actually works. That's probably what we appreciated most about working with them.

Impact I had to call Gen pact a week or so ago concerning a job offer. Only it really wasn't a legitimate job offer. The lady who answered my phone call, knew immediately what was going on and explained to me she was very sympathetic and apologetic on what happened. One of the major career forms that millions of people use to look for a job happen to have a breach of security.Which ultimately led to false jobs being offered. I had waited over a week and thought that things seemed off. They were aware of the problem and took care of it. Whereas the platform I won't mention the name of that platform could care less and didn't do anything about the situation let alone for inform for me.

Any acceptance here to leverage corporate insurance practice from this company, over the tens of hundreds of others, should worry many. Literally, take a review peak, and run.Truest,Javelin

Will not take no for an answer, rude, and make things up to try and get around red tape. They've been calling us over and over to try and get us to use them. Each time, we've told them no, and each time they're incredibly rude and demand to know why we don't want to use them. The last time they called, they asked to speak to the CEO and said they'd been emailing him. We checked with the CEO and he said he'd never heard of them, and that if they're willing to lie to attempt to get business, then he absolutely doesn't want to work with them.

Incredible staff and service!Called in the morning for a computer that had domain and access issues. Brought the machine in that morning. Three staff worked on the issues. They unlocked the drives, backed up and recovered all files, added software to assist with copying in the future, created “copy from” and “copy to” folders on my desktop and re-established a new admin account with everything recreated.HUGE thanks to Josh, Johnny, and Jess! Top notch customer service!!!

My computer had a lot of malicious software from my visit to China. Asked Brite if they could remove them. Was advised yes and never saw my laptop again. After multiple calls over this I was told the computer was returned to me in working order the previous month. They produced fake documents with forged signatures. They are as deceitful and cooked as they come. Don't waste you're time.

I have been associated with Carmatec for around three years, and my experience has been positive and growth-oriented. I had the opportunity to work on real-world projects using technologies like MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js, and Next.js, which helped improve my technical skills significantly. I also gained practical exposure to deployment, API integration, debugging, and collaborative development workflows. The supportive team environment and continuous learning opportunities made the experience professionally rewarding.

Interview process was very goodGave interview for the post of recruitment profileFirst round went wellAnd, the lady who took my first round of interview was behaving in a very polite and convenient mannerThe second was with one of the guy who told me about the company's process including it's clients and the services they are offering to the clientsAnd, in the end of the second round, the interviewer gave the feedback in a very positive manner that first time I have talked with you so much as I have never talked with any of the candidates before came for the interview and he really liked my confidence and my way of talking and presenting myself in the interviewThe third round was with one mam who asked very relevant questions related to my education qualifications and my past experiences so far in my ex organizationsAnd, I also liked the behaviour of the mam who took my last round of interview because the way she was taking my interview in that manner that no one hasn't taken this type of interview before in any of the companyThis organization is basically a consulting firmAnd, the good thing about is that they have 5 days working policyIf you are applying for the recruiter position in this organization, make sure that you should have relevant experience in that domain and also you should focus on your communication and presentation skills because in interview, they will mostly check your communication skills only and secondly, your experience whatever the work you have done in your past organizations beforeThe nearest metro station to this place is Noida Sector 16 as this place is located very close to the metro station in A block itself
