6 months and $3,000 later my website finally went live (with issues) and they continued to make unauthorized charges on my account after I expressed my concerns for the delay in services. If you got the same excuse of your developer going on medical leave in the middle of the project... you're not alone, mines went on maternity leave and I wasn't informed of the pause for about a month. Getting in touch with someone is extremely difficult and most of the communication is via messages. I believed that they would be a better alternative to what I had but have been nothing short of a nightmare for my company. We signed a 1 year contract but the website took 6 months to launch. The quality of services is unacceptable and I'm completely disappointed in falling for the overpromise under deliver. I honestly feel ripped off at this point, so proceed with caution!

What I really love is that my website and web app are connected. The products and available items I manage from the web app can also be displayed on my website, so I don't have to manually manage everything separately. The customization is what really amazed me. My business doesn't only deal with brand-new products. I also buy and sell pre-owned computer parts, build PCs using different parts, accept repairs, and handle different types of sales. They were able to create a system where I can manage brand-new and pre-owned inventory separately, but at the end everything can still come together in my sales and reports, making everything much easier to track. I also needed different access for my employees. For example, my sales rep can use the web app and see the selling prices they need for customers without having access to my costing, profit, and other admin information. Every time I came up with another idea for how I wanted the system to work, Kodcraft AI was able to understand it and implement it. That has made running the business much more convenient for me as the owner. Before this, I was manually tracking a lot of things through Excel, which consumed so much of my time. Now I have the website and a system built around the actual way my business operates. With this upgrade, I can really see RJD Computer Hub moving in the right direction. When you're starting a business, having the proper system from the beginning is very important, especially if you're planning to grow. I'm happy that while my business is still growing, I already have a system that can grow together with it.

I have known Stu and Bret since 2008, after an RFP was distributed to companies interested in designing and implementing a new website for the non-profit organization I worked for at the time. They submitted a comprehensive, detailed and very competitive bid. After narrowing it down to the final two contenders—and Relish was one of the two, I made the terrible mistake of choosing the other company. The firm we chose did what we hired them to do---build us a new website. But the “extras” not included in the original proposal put us way over budget and, to complicate it even further, my original representative with the vendor I selected left the company shortly after we engaged their services, and things began to fall apart for the duration of the project. Meanwhile, the team at Relish Studio were gracious and understanding with my decision, so much so that while in the middle of the rebuild of our website, I contracted with Relish to do some other side work for us---and I soon realized that, with Relish, I was working with the best in the field. They continued to deliver exceptional results for the remaining six years I was employed at the organization, and they have remained at the top of my list in the years that followed.Their knowledge is extensive, broad and impressive when it comes to online marketing and social media strategies, content development, branding, etc. That made me feel even more secure and confident handing them any project that arose. They are, quite simply, second to none. Yes, I very much regret not hiring them that first time I was introduced to them. But I soon learned my lesson, and they rose to the occasion repeatedly with all the projects I would give them, delivering solid and effective solutions each and every time.
