Excellent choice if you are looking for an answering service! I compared several companies and this one seemed to be the best of all of them and it has been wonderful! Jessica and Deb were great helping get everything set up and they are very responsive. The whole service has ran so smoothly and we are no longer missing calls from potential clients. Absolutely recommend them!

DONT SHOP HEREWORST SERVICE WE EVER HAD.THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST AND YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR...They nor picking up on calls, we had our phone company test system..The calls ring 7 times and goes to voicemail..We're basically retired we take certain project maybe 12 calls a month 5 weeks and they have not picked up 1 call as of yet..I should have not even hired them they blamed the phone company after that was disproven they blamed me.Like I was not doing my part to forward the calls.They then said we'll if you cannot help diagnose the problem we will cancel you...I can only say it clearly, the call comes in the call goes to you and gets sent back to our voicemail because you failed to pick up...I can only forward the call answering the call is up to you.These other review must be employees doing review for them..Most people with something bad will not bother writing one we take the time to be sure people know what we had to go thru and warn others.

I have worked in the company for four months. The environment was always positive. Salary credited on time. Trainer (Sushant Singh) ,Tls (Rudra Sen, Rana Chakraborty), Quality( Somendra Nath Ash ), even the manager, everybody were helpful all the time. Only glitch I felt,the processes they work with changes so frequently that at times, I found it challenging to stay engaged passionately with the work flow.

I worked in this company about a month. The trainer (Sushaant Bhai), the team leaders (Rudra Da and Rana Da), the quality analyst (Sam Da), the manager (Joseph sir) , and the HR teams were all very supportive, and the salary process was smooth.The only issue was that the job role was not explained clearly — I was told it was a chat process, but it turned out to be a soundbox process, which I didn’t enjoy and I left the company after a month.Overall, a positive work culture with a helpful team.I believe that cIear communication about roles would make it even better.
