      I'll be honest, I came in skeptical. Offshore SDR vendors have a reputation for generic blasting and slow response times. Munzai has been the opposite. Responsiveness is where they stand out. When I need a cadence adjusted, copy reworked, or targeting updated, it gets handled quickly, without me having to follow up multiple times. For a solo commercial lead juggling a lot, that matters more than I expected. The value is hard to argue with. For a very fair price, I get dedicated outreach execution across a complex B2B pipeline. They also got up to speed faster than I anticipated. Our market has real nuance, and within a reasonable onboarding window, messaging was going out clean and on-brand.If you're a lean commercial team trying to build outreach capacity without the overhead of a full hire, Munzai is worth a serious look.

      As a small law office, we used AnswerFirst for about a year. We opted not to have calls recorded as their system has an irritating "beep" that sounds in the background while customers are on the phone. We thought things were going well. Several months later we signed up for CallRail, which recorded all incoming calls. We began to see a pattern of poorly handled calls. When we shared this information with management, and offered to provide the recording, they said "no thanks." The probems continued. For instance one caller asked if we did simple Wills. The AnswerFirst agent said, "No, we only do Estate Planning." After sharing these simple issues with management nothing changed. We asked if they could give us an adjustment to our bill based on the poorly handled responses. They said "No." We notified them this week we were switching carriers and they acted like they could care less. DO NOT use them as they cannot handle the simplest of calls.

      DONT SHOP HEREWORST SERVICE WE EVER HAD.THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST AND YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR...They nor picking up on calls, we had our phone company test system..The calls ring 7 times and goes to voicemail..We're basically retired we take certain project maybe 12 calls a month 5 weeks and they have not picked up 1 call as of yet..I should have not even hired them they blamed the phone company after that was disproven they blamed me.Like I was not doing my part to forward the calls.They then said we'll if you cannot help diagnose the problem we will cancel you...I can only say it clearly, the call comes in the call goes to you and gets sent back to our voicemail because you failed to pick up...I can only forward the call answering the call is up to you.These other review must be employees doing review for them..Most people with something bad will not bother writing one we take the time to be sure people know what we had to go thru and warn others.

This company operates like a modern-day sweatshop, exploiting employees with unrealistic expectations, pitiful wages, and a toxic work environment that prioritizes profits over people. The workplace culture is cutthroat and demeaning. Supervisors hover like prison guards, scrutinizing every call and nitpicking minor mistakes. Instead of support, you get constant criticism, with the ever-present threat of write-ups or termination if you don’t meet impossible metrics. Favoritism runs rampant, and HR exists only to protect the company—not the employees. Don’t be fooled by empty promises of "career advancement." Promotions are reserved for management’s favorites, while everyone else is stuck in the same dead-end role. Training is minimal, and turnover is sky-high because people either quit from exhaustion or get fired for not meeting unrealistic expectations. In conclusion, Connexus Resource Group is a call center nightmare—a place where employees are treated like cogs in a machine, worked to the bone, and discarded without a second thought. If you value your mental health, dignity, or fair pay, steer clear. There are better jobs out there—this one isn’t worth the suffering.

      I would avoid working here if you can. I worked here for 5 years, and really hated it. Tried to find other work and was unable to for a long time. I ended up quitting because they were going to demote me after being a Team Lead for about 4.5 years. It was really disappointing and heartbreaking, especially since I loved my team of agents. The first couple of years were good, but after a while it just became unbearable. The last campaign I was on, Solutran, literally sucked the life out of me. My supervisor and my agents were great, but I had to fight for my agents to be treated fairly.The company goes by Connexus Resource Group now, they merged with a few other call centers in 2021. One good thing I can say about the merger was we were finally able to get PTO after not having any paid time off at all. The pay here sucks, I was only making $15.50 for being a team lead, and that was only after 5 years of tenure. Most agents were making around $11.50 to $13. It's very hard to get raises here, so if you want to work here and not be compensated properly this might be the right place for you. Avoid this place, it will only ruin your mental health and cause you more suffering.

He let me know he would find out what was going on and not sure how it got esclated to him, told me he would give a update good or bad. He has ghosted every single one of my calls. Not sure if thats how you properly run a business but seems like less of a headache to just answer the phone than have me call every single day.       This call center company is a scam. They handle warranties for Black & Decker. I shipped them my broken AC (Still under the 5-year warranty), which they received 2 months ago, and they refuse to ship me the replacement. The Callzilla call center is useless and will lie to you. They have blocked my number & won't respond to emails. I'll never purchase anything Black & Decker again as the "warranty" is a lie and they will take your property and refuse to replace it.

Of course you will get common issues by customers, but every time I clocked in, I learned something new before I clocked out. These skills will last me a lifetime and help me in future endeavors. I am thankful and grateful for working with such a strong company like GHDSI.Leadership:Starting from the top, Steve is an excellent CEO, and cares about this company as well as all of his employees. Every single leader is easy to talk to and understanding, and Steve is no exception.My Team leads were amazing as well. You can address any issues or concerns and they will help you through it. My Team leads were Adam and Anthony, and they were phenomenal. Sometimes outages can happen, and the workload can be stressful. However, management will be there helping you until the very end.Teamwork:I was able to work alongside great with team members. Everyone worked well together. There was no toxic workplace environment.HR dept:Karen is phenomenal. There are always festivities, and fun challenges to keep the spark alive in the office. There are horror stories with help desk because of toxic work environments, heavy stress loads, and negative leadership. This has none of that. You’d never feel that here.But believe me when I tell you, this company is where you want to start and see if IT is a good fit for you. If it is, you won’t be upset working here. Eventually you might want to do more than work as a service desk analyst. And there are options within GHDSI to work in different leadership positions. I’m sure there are more opportunities to excel, but I had to leave since I moved to Virginia and wanted to focus on education full time. GHDSI won top workplace four times already, and I’m glad I was part of it.
