      I'll be honest, I came in skeptical. Offshore SDR vendors have a reputation for generic blasting and slow response times. Munzai has been the opposite. Responsiveness is where they stand out. When I need a cadence adjusted, copy reworked, or targeting updated, it gets handled quickly, without me having to follow up multiple times. For a solo commercial lead juggling a lot, that matters more than I expected. The value is hard to argue with. For a very fair price, I get dedicated outreach execution across a complex B2B pipeline. They also got up to speed faster than I anticipated. Our market has real nuance, and within a reasonable onboarding window, messaging was going out clean and on-brand.If you're a lean commercial team trying to build outreach capacity without the overhead of a full hire, Munzai is worth a serious look.

I had an initial meeting with a cpa who came recommended and was pawned off to an assistant who did help greatly through initial confusion but after the return process was “completed” I feel written off as Ive received more notices from what was to be a resolved tax year. Im sure they do good work as my parents have been satisfied with them but unless they’re handling or see you have substantial finances, you’re nothing to them.

Despite averaging over 30 hours per week over a 5 month period, they refused to qualify me because a week-long vacation put me "under 30 hours" during one of my pay periods. They require some absurd number of consecutive weeks working over 30 hours before qualifying, so if you miss a day of work, you reset a 3-month eligibility process. I have been working as a full-time employee for 8 months now with a consistent schedule, but because of an occasional vacation day, I have yet to obtain benefits despite my employer instructing them to provide the benefits that are part of my compensation package.Other employees have been threatened or simply had their coverage canceled for single instances of dropping below the 30 hour mark.If you're an employer promising a benefits package to employees, beware of their inflexible process. If not incurring a legal liability, your employees certainly aren't going to be happy with coverage you supposedly offer.

      well i was working here for 2 months, and was sadly let go today, I saw a bright future w/the company and thought i would be a long time employee, but apparently i was not meeting standards and #s they expected, which i was trained as good as you can through working wirelessly, i was talked to about numbers etc. which i busted hump to get to, however i guess it was not good enough..and the worst part about the job, was the non stop buffalo accent, and all the talk about the bills, and how great the worst team in nfl history is... they have never been able to pull the trigger, cause they are similar to the folks in buffalo.. it's the i am almost a new yorker, so since i can't hack the city, i'll act like i hate them even though they wish they lived in manhattan.. how could you not want to live there.. ill tell ya how you live in buffalo..I'm not quite sure as to what they wanted, but was blindsided w/a notice of termination today, sadly having no warning, write up, documentation of any kind. there were a few conversations w/a team lead, but outside of that there was no official documented warnings write ups, or anything period, which is a massive violation of my federal rights as a working employee in the usa..also beyond this the massive amount of regulations and laws they are in violations when it comes to the rights of consumers and debtors alike its amazing they have not gotten annihilated w/lawsuits.. they don't notify people of the calls being recorded and never have which is just shocking and possibly the most shocking breaking of any law in debt collections there is..regarding employee rights, and laws, they must have a paper trail of disclosed a signed forms notifying an employee of what they are needing to have adjusted, and fixed and the next steps, i received none of the above, i had conversations w/a team lead, but that was all.. luckily my brother, and uncle are partners in Arizona's 5th largest federal and individual state firms in the state. so will be exploring a massive lawsuit regards to favoritism as one employee is the spouse of management and is able to walk on water.. the incredible lack of disclosure regards to what needs to be done or the outcome if not.. i mean it goes on and on.. we will see, but i will definitely be pursuing and looking into a lawsuit as my employee rights are in massive violation.. so hey it will work out in the end, for me.. luckily no out of pocket legal cost from the fam so see yall in court.. and getting a check regardless.. good luck guys..

      Read the reviews people, while most of the time, calls are okay, customer service is impossible. They assign you a rep with a name that you can not pronounce and they don't have a phone number! You have to email in hopes that they might respond. We were sent a new phone "equipment" and it didn't come with a power cord. They tried to tell me that is normal. Brand new that isn't normal. They said it gets power from the ethernet cord. So, I tried that, nothing. Been waiting 2 month for the return to be processed, nothing. Box is still sitting on my desk.

      This company is AWFUL! DO NOT USE THEM!Customer service sucks. They made a mistake when trying to change licenses and they have been overcharging us for months due to their mistake. They have hidden fees that they have NOT ever made anyone aware of. Not listed in the statements anywhere, and not listed in any contract. They will leave you waiting for weeks, months even before getting back with you or trying to fix your issues. They will send all their other reps to try to upgrade our services but not actually address the issues we have.

      8x8 continues to attempt to charge us $838.16 as a cancellation fee. This cancellation fee should not be charged. We attempted to work with 8x8 to resolve long standing service issues regarding dropped calls, missed calls, call quality and general call technical issues. 8x8 made NO attempt to resolve the issues at hand and we even brought in a technical expert to ensure that our network was not the issue. 8x8 made several contractual breaches throughout the service term. We also never signed a specific contract stating a specific service term. The business claims we signed electronically but we were never told clearly that would be responsible for fees for services that we are not receiving. 8x8 is definitely a scam with regards to charging customers for money and not ensuring that they have the proper working services to support the charges. We would like to have all charges waived at the least and consider a pro-rated refund for service charges which we previously indicated we had continuous call quality issues. It's egregious that your company believes that they can just overcharge customers and not make any contact with them until we show up to cancel your scam service. We would appreciate corporate insight and assistance in this matter as we will take any and all measures necessary to protect our assets and ensure that funds are allocated as delivered. Which in this case the services that 8x8 was contracted to provide they contractually breached by failing to properly deliver phone services at the quality described when we originally signed up for the service. We intend to present any and all findings of fact in our proceedings. Please respond as soon as possible to this complaint before further action is taken as needed.I cannot believe that I actually recommended your service at one point.
