When we objected Mr Bilawal stated either pay more money or they will abandon the project. When we objected to paying more money one more time we received this email from Mr Bilawal "I understand and based on our contract I would like to terminate our agreement on the project" So even though we paid them thousands of dollars they abandoned the project and we have nothing. The little bit of work they did was useless and unusable. They are completely incompetent to build even a rudimentary ecommerce website.

Once the app had been built, I received builds that I would download, review, and provide feedback on both via email as well as on our weekly virtual meetings. I'm on my third project manager, and no, they have failed to meet deadline after deadline. I have email upon email with promise after promise that the app will launch on exact date. As delivery dates have come, I've asked for timelines and a plan of action, only to have been met with false promises that the work is nearing completion.Many times, the team was out due to a holiday, or I would get some other technical excuse as to why the app wasn't progressing - for example, notifications weren't working because there was an issue with my dedicated server that was causing issues with the time zones. Multiple times when I asked for something, a new build, a timeline, phone or virtual meeting with Muhammad Bilawal (CEO), they would tell me when I would get it, and then it wouldn't happen, but instead, they would send me a new build hoping that would satisfy me and since I was just wanting a finished product I kept falling for their antics. I regret partnering with this company and I will not recommend them to anyone looking for Mobile App Development.

In the beginning, we had 23 calls with the team to discuss our product, our target audience, and my thought process regarding what the video should look like. We went through the pieces the team came up with, describing what would be suitable for the video. On our third call with Null Station, the team presented a script on paper stating the video's dialogues and how the story should be laid out. The team allowed me to make changes throughout the process. About ten days after we started the project, the script was confirmed, and Null Station produced the actual video. The video involved in-house voiceover, and the team hired a professional person to do it. Once the video was done, I could request a couple of changes. We could see how the audience's faces lit up when watching the video.Null Station's work was top-notch. I didn't request many changes to the final video because their work was excellent.
