When we initially came to First Scribe, our website had not been significantly updated for a couple of years, and when it had been updated, the only modification made was to the color scheme. First Scribe was able to determine what we would like in a design layout, and they were able to pinpoint precisely what we did not want in our new website. Throughout the process, we did not feel pushed and we were able to take our time to come up with something we all felt comfortable with.The process that First Scribe used throughout our website redesign was very easy to use, and we were apprised of each step as it was being completed. First Scribe also provided us with an estimated timeline of when each aspect of our redesign would be completed. Our project manager, was a wonderful resource for our team, and he and the entire First Scribe team provided great feedback and guidance during our website redesign. Our questions were answered the same day and the entire First Scribe team was very responsive. Do not recommend. They have your cc on file so if you have any questions or inquiries they'll just claim they did some 'looking into it' and then charge whatever they feel like without your authorization. I have emailed the manager months ago about this and no response. $700 in charges yet nothing fixed. Next up I'll be taking up with my cc company about these fraudelent charges.Screenshots of their emails advising how much their services cost and then proceeded to charge my cc on file. The emails made it seem as though I had to click on the invoice to pay which I did not do as I thought the costs were too high but they charged me anyway. I emailed a complaint in early June and still no response. They'll only respond if taking your money. Very unprofessional.
