Lance and the Avalanche team have been nothing short of amazing! We've been working with them for 3 years now. We originally contacted them to improve our website's SEO and they have definitely done that and more! They are always looking for ways to help our company grow. Once the SEO improvements began they realized CRM was something we needed assistance with very badly. They got us set up with a CRM software called HubSpot and they now help us manage that. HubSpot has been a tremendous help for us, especially after we got hit by Hurricane Ian and lost our office. I can't imagine how our business would operate today without it.The whole Avalanche Team is very good at communication and they're always helpful with any questions that we have. Jennifer and Keelie do a wonderful job with their monthly reports for SEO and HubSpot. Since Day 1 we have been treated like a partner instead of a customer which we really appreciate. We highly recommend!
