For a long time the technical side of it was our weak point: changes were made directly on the live site, things broke, and nobody on our team could explain how the integrations actually worked. We have no major complaints or issues with Origami Studios. May be they have introduced more developers to run some parallel activities and save from a few weeks delay. Also if we had to suggest any areas for improvement, it would be to provide more documentation on how to use and maintain the dashboard after the project was completed.
