Two of the most important ways for me that DDA separates themselves is their quality of work and their accountability.We have worked together for over a year, and they are responsive, and we have been happy with the quality of work.Today we had a first: something broke on the site. This happens with other programs we have from automations, MS updates, cybersecurity etc. We have this across all our vendors.What was refreshing about DDA is they quickly fixed it, took 100% accountability, and proactively did this at no charge.
