When they delivered the first draft, we were disappointed with the quality and asked them to stop working and issue us a full refund.At first, they refused to give us anything back. Later, they offered a 50% refund on the condition that we sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) so we wouldn’t talk about it anywhere. At one point, she even went so far as to call my business “fraudulent” — despite the fact that I had already demonstrated full compliance with the state licensing board and provided examples of her own past clients with nearly identical business structures.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend working with this company. Professionalism, accountability, and honesty were sorely lacking in our interactions.
