The entire team at Dragonfly was wonderful to work with. In my experience running a small business, it has been very difficult to find organizations that I would truly consider "partners." They always say they want to be a "partner" with my company, but very rarely do they actually treat us like they mean it. Dragonfly has been wonderful to work with. Working with this company was one of the worst experiences of my professional life. We ordered new content for one of our Amazon listings and paid over $1,000 upfront. When they delivered the first draft, we were disappointed with the quality and asked them to stop working and issue us a full refund. At first, they refused to give us anything back. Later, they offered a 50% refund on the condition that we sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) so we wouldn’t talk about it anywhere. We declined, and I am now sharing my experience. I would be very cautious about trusting these 5-star reviews on Google because the service they provided was horrible. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

Great to work with the Broadcast2World team. I found them online and after comparing them with a number of other companies it appeared that they were much more organized and thorough. Yes, they would be more expensive but the finished product would be much better. I was not disappointed. They developed a plan from the beginning. We had a schedule of dates of when certain events would occur. They were very creative in the art concept and story line. Making adjustments was easy to do. If you want a professional experience with a great product, then yes you will have to pay more. But, it is worth it. Anyone can produce a web video. But, if you want a well drafted and good looking video, the team at Broadcast2World is where you want to look. I have no hesitation to recommend them.

Our law firm engaged Crisp to manage a marketing campaign. In our professional judgment, the results did not match the performance benchmarks emphasized during their sales presentation. We observed no meaningful increase in qualified leads, so the service did not justify its cost. The agreement was presented as a “limited‑time offer” requiring signature the same day, leaving no reasonable period for detailed review. Critical provisions, such as payment‑acceleration and warranty clauses, were accessible only through an online hyperlink, and Crisp did not provide a full hard‑copy or PDF of those terms at the signing. Bottom line: Based on our firm’s experience, Crisp’s campaign delivered limited value, and the contracting process lacked the transparency and review time we expect in professional services engagements. Others may have different outcomes, but we recommend obtaining every contract term in writing and allowing sufficient time for independent evaluation before committing.
