Courtroom Animation and Tony handled a six week jury trial for my firm and did a first rate job. I will use them again. "James Turken's Review Sourced from Google
Hi! If you need an animation reproduced that will help your court case, this is the place to go to! I reached out to CA with my dilemma and within minutes Tony reached out to me to set up a call.I gave Tony all the documents I had from my accident, and after a brief discussion, I had a formal proposal for my animation to be produced.Excellent company, excellent customer service, and very kind & empathetic folks!!! Courtroom Animation is not a leader in the business, building visuals and animations to meet the needs and wants of a jury, but they are amazing to work with. I've never had a complaint with their availability, or with our need for quick turnaround time on change orders. I highly recommend Courtroom Animation for all trial / pre-trial demonstrative needs. I have worked closely with Brady and his team for over a decade. I can consistently rely on Courtroom Animation to produce top quality visualizations that are both timely and cost-effective for my clients. The CA team has an unmatched ability to integrate the opinions of multiple liability experts into one cohesive exhibit! "Mick Callahan's Review Sourced from Google
I am a trial lawyer in Wyoming. I have been trying cases for 45 years.I had the misfortune of using Courtroom Animation. This is my experience.1. I hired Courtroom to accurately create an animation of the effects and injuries sustained by a client in a crash that occurred in Wyoming.2. The animation was to be based upon the provided radiologic information/medical records plus photographic and video information provided.3. Courtroom provided animation that was not accurate. It did not include the mechanism of the injury, e.g. the object collided with. Further the animation was rejected by the expert witness/neuroradiologist that was to testify to the accuracy of the animation because the animation was not accurate.4. The animation appeared to be a cookie-cutter animation that included bleeding on the brain, which was not part of the injury incurred by the client.5. When Courtroom was told of the inaccuracy, they refused to correct the error.6. Courtroom breached the contract and refused to correct the problem.7. We were only four weeks before trial when courtroom backed out.8. Courtroom offered to pay back half the money.9. Courtroom then reneged on its promise to return half the money.10. I had to hire another animation company to correct all the inaccuracies in the Courtroom Animation at great expense.11. Even so, we were not able to complete the finished product in time to use the animation at trial, and it was therefore rejected by the court.12. When I attempted to sue Courtroom they insisted on arbitration under the terms of their contract.13. The cost of arbitration was prohibitive and more than the recovery, so I elected not to arbitrate.I have used many graphic artists and medical illustrators over the years, and I am doing so now. I have never had this kind of problem before. Obviously, I will not use Courtroom again, ever.Fred HarrisonTrial LawyerCheyenne, Wyoming "Fred Harrison's Review Sourced from Google
