Background: hosting an in-person austin event requiring microphones, speakers, and full recording with 4 angles. From the beginning of contact to the conclusion of the event, Wesley & Ramin were incredible. Their energy and attitude were attentive, patient, and intelligent. One of the most important parts I observed was the communication being CLEAR, and FAST. They were adjustable on everything, and affordable.* ------------------- Additional details from our experience: Pros: -We did 1 full event with Black Ops, which included multiple services, however, definitely not all of them. That said - From this experience with them, I & the rest of our team observed no issues from Ramin or Wesley. I have no requests or feedback for them has they have dialed their business in for the services we needed. If anything, I received great feedback to optimize my part. -Highly adjustable -Great Communication -Clear and specific -Clean and professional, not to "Casual" nor stilted, preggish, or overly formal. Just good people who get it done! Cons: Only Con which is more of a reminder to all those looking for this service would be: Their energy type (attitude-personalities-etc) may not resonate with everyone. I have many beautiful things to write. However, I would like to shift focus to new things. So, I'll try. When I asked Daniele to create the site for me, shortly after it coincided with a difficult period on a global level and then the exit phase, finally. Therefore, there were several pauses on my part where I was unable to continue on what I really wanted. Daniele was truly collaborative and patient. He never made me feel uncomfortable. He was able to wait for my time blocks. In the end, by collaborating, he managed to meet me halfway and translate my very personalized requests into work. He always managed to find solutions even when perhaps others would have found themselves in difficulty and would have tried to convince me to do something more convenient for them than satisfying me as a customer. Thanks to Daniele Corradin for this honesty and for everything. The professionalism and everything else has already been said by other people.

By looking at Youtube pages and references, you expect a high quality job. Although I sent them the exact sample I wanted, very amateur works came out. I could have done the same job on fiverr for $150 but I paid $270. At the end of 14 days, I received half a job and now I am doing the rest of the work myself. They did not offer a refund. I do not recommend. Also, half of the positive comments here belong to the team...

From Uruguay, and after several days of trying, as communication wasn't fluid, we managed to reserve tickets approximately a month in advance. Three hours before the show began, we were notified it was canceled, and of course, we couldn't find tickets for another tablao. The lack of seriousness of the place is a shame, since beyond taking away the opportunity to enjoy the art of flamenco, which I respect so much, they also lost the opportunity to spread it, because the rest of the people who accompanied me haven't had the pleasure of experiencing this wonderful art form until now. A lack of respect in every sense. A complete disappointment for this place.

A beautiful place to see a beautiful, unusual show. You definitely need a reservation because there are only a few tables. You pay for the show and your drink separately. The food is delicious, with a variety of tapas to order, and it's not expensive. I would only add a few more desserts.
