From there, the team took the findings and produced a report for us to make improvements to our app and increase our activation rates. In addition to the report, UXReactor also redesigned some parts of our app using Figma.The project required a very iterative process, so we required more than one discovery call to get started. In fact, they didn't just work with me; we also integrated our consumer marketing insights team to identify participants. We also collaborated with them to figure out how to recruit the right users based on our target customer profiles.Additionally,UXReactor recruited participants for us, going through their database to find actual users. Then, they brought a researcher and a designer to interview all the participants on-site in their location. That was actually a challenge because we're a remote team, but we needed a physical location to show the actual air conditioner to the participants.After the interviews, UXReactor worked with us to go through the results and the report's structure. We had multiple revisions to ensure that we were pulling out the insights I wanted to find on it. After the report was complete, they actually delivered it to our overseas team, doing a presentation that included the insights and recommendations.
