Also, as per agreement knowledge transfer was done to my technical team to help us support ongoing development & maintenance.Although continuing development and maintenance is done inhouse, we still have an ongoing relationship with Whitecap to work on any future projects and/or for any assistance required.I would highly recommend Whitecap!

Hiring practices are questionable. I had applied in April to a role and they gave me an assignment to complete for 3 hours on a Sunday. Turns out I found out a friend of mine also was interviewed for a different position but also given a similar 3 hour assignment. Makes me think they are using interviews to get free work done. After our assignments we were both told we'd hear back in a couple of weeks which is obviously code for we didn't get the job. It's organized around the client's experience.We didn't want something that looked identical to every other small law office, but we didn't want to reinvent the wheel either. The site feels familiar and easy to navigate, but the imagery, layout, and attention to details make it feel genuinely "us" and connected to our community in Port Moody, British Columbia.Communication throughout was excellent. We always knew where things stood and the process was smooth. I'd recommend Vivid without hesitation to any law office looking for a quality website built by people who take the time to understand your business.

I'm not impressed. These guys are smart but fairly selfish and will hold you hostage and lock you in. They may build on WordPress but will restrict your account and hide features. They will use a similar template throughout so your pages are not unique and will not rank as well as they could. This also makes it really hard to change and update the pages at a later date. If I'm building a website I'd expect full access to my website. They will hook you into thier hosting which is just Siteground, which is meh at best. If you have an Ads account they will bill you with a mark up. This is the exact thing you should run from. All businesses should own their assets. Don't get locked in by these guys. And oh! This is a real review!
