I worked closely with The Grove Creative team on our recent rebranding project, including a website redesign with some motion graphics and updated collateral templates. It was a pretty massive endeavor, and we were extremely pleased with the final deliverables. The team was flexible and willing to work with us to get the final versions where they needed to be to bring our vision to life. We were able to do a lot of feedback and communication async, but they were also willing to jump on a call when needed to gain clarity or work through a challenge collaboratively. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with The Grove Creative team again or recommend them to others.

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with CH Web Agency. When we set out to redesign and revamp our website, we issued an RFP that ended up being nationally competitive. While most firms led with their own qualifications and work samples, CH Web's proposal stood out as the only one we received that also went point-by-point through our RFP to thoughtfully address the issues we identified and goals that we had for the redesign and development of our new site. Once their proposal was accepted, Oxana and Joe met with members of our leadership team in person and via Zoom to gain a stronger understanding of our organization, our programs, and our goals for serving our stakeholders through the improved site. They brought an excellent attention to detail to the project, a curiosity about our organization, and a desire to really udnerstand how our stakeholders use our website and where it could be improved. I would highly recommend working with Thompson & Prince! I worked with the team to redo our (eye sore of a) pitch deck and they were absolutely phenomenal. It was clear that they understood what investors wanted to see and the health & wellness space more broadly. They worked within our brand guidelines to present different options for the look and feel of the deck. Once I selected an option, they iterated on the slides and quickly incorporated any feedback I had to create the final version. They were very communicative and speedy while delivering high quality work. They finished all of this in less than two weeks and would have finished sooner if I had given them feedback faster. They go above and beyond to make sure that their client loves the final product and to support your business as a founder. January 2020 Confianz took over the maintenance of our Odoo ERP system from our previous Odoo partner. Anoop put together a dedicated team who analysed our system and worked with us on a plan of improvements and upgrade of the whole platform.Our platform had been heavily customised over the years. Unfortunately lot of the custom code and apps had not been properly documented nor followed Odoo's best development practice, causing random issues and an unstable platform.The Confianz team removed poorly developed apps and website, and replaced customisation with new code following Odoo's development methodology.The result is a very stable and robust system.It is great working with them. We don’t have an inhouse development team, so we have worked with Confianz using dedicated fulltime resources. It is same as having your own highly experienced IT team with extremely good understanding of the whole Odoo platform.All work is well managed with weekly review meetings, where the team reviews progress and demonstrates work in progress. This is very useful setup because it enables direct communication with the development team and identifies quickly any gaps in requirements and the solution.I highly recommend Confianz. The development team is highly experienced and clever bunch. They will tell you if you are asking for customised features that can be achieved using core functionality instead. They will not lead you down a wrong path just because you think it is the way to go.The President of the company, Anoop, is truly exceptional character and honourable man. He has built a company with great team which you can trust.

Confianz was selected to be VS America’s ERP implementation partner in 2018 after they had successfully completed a custom application to improve our internal document processing. We’ve hired several different companies prior to Confianz, but unfortunately, they left all on their own terms because they were not able to find a solution.I’ve worked alongside Confianz for almost three years now and I’ve been impressed with the level of talent this company brings. Their VP of Enterprise Solutions as well as his team of developers are extremely knowledgeable, patient, professional, and respectful. Every meeting and interaction we’ve had with Confianz was a valuable learning experience.We are extremely grateful that Confianz helped us successfully go live during the pandemic in April 2020. Since going live, we had some significant improvements in our processes and we continue to work with Confianz to fine tune details. I highly recommend Confianz!
