These guys are the best! Bunnyfoot conducts a lot of user testing on behalf of our office and they always do a fab job. Firstly in getting to understand the detail of our projects (no easy thing considering how ugly our systems are behind the curtains!). Then guiding us right the design process, from pulling together ideas, through creating prototypes, then testing - finding appropriate customers, using expert methods to draw the thoughts and feelings out of participants during experiments... and then after testing, they're excellent are helping us to record results and create workable solutions, ready for our developers. They've got the full package. What's more, they're just a really decent bunch of people. I've really enjoyed working with them.

ASG media built me one website and monitored me another. At first Andy seemed great but open leaving he went to my competitor with my pictures and forwarded my domain to their site. The last thing he did was damage my other site before removing himself as an admin. Luckily our activity log caught this, and he is currently been persued for fraud...Update - We now have proof this company stole the personal data of 25000 customers 🙁. They're meant to have contracts working with schools

We are a customer of Evoluted and we tried to call them to ask a few questions on Wednesday 23rd July. There was nobody available to speak to and I was told one of the team would call me back. Called again Friday 25th, still no call back. Tried again Wednesday 30th, still no call back. Tried again today, got put on hold, phone cut off. Nobody has tried to call me back as yet. To leave a customer waiting for a call back for over a week isn't great. Customer service non existent
