Paid too much (we realise that now) for a standard website to be built with a template but were not supplied the files to update this. Also paid a very significant amount to have logos designed and were not supplied with the vector files. When we needed them, after a few years realising they had never been sent, this company argued, denied, and wanted to charge to send it over, “retrieve it” they said. “All design companies reserve the right to charge for files from their own archive systems “ this is standard practice” we were told, however speaking to other companies this is not, especially if you paid for and should have been supplied with them already within the terms of the service. The time it took to ask for the files is irrelevant. Beware, especially if you are trying to start a business and knowledge is basic, this is a company that will exploit that.

James and Rachel and all the team at Harper Creative have worked on a number of projects for us, including Brand Identity, logo design and a host of print work.
Not only fabulous value for money, Harper Creative work quickly and professionally and have always exceeded our expectations in all the work they have carried out for us. Most recently, they designed and printed some gatefold booklets and leaflets - plus pop up barriers for events we attend. We needed these to a tight deadline, which we were unsure could be met, but Harper Creative did not disappoint. They turned around the design to an incredibly high standard and delivered the print work even quicker than we'd asked for it, which really was amazing.
We will continue to work with them and would recommended them to anyone looking for web design, brand identity, design work, event management, photography or film work.
Thanks again to all the team at Harper Creative for all the amazing work they've undertaken for us over the years.
