I am the business manager for a medical practice in Newburgh, IN. I have been a manger for over 30 yrs. Kemper is the best that I have dealt with by far. Their customer service and knowledge out weighs any I have ever experienced. Nathaniel our IT go to guy, is awesome. He always answers his calls no matter what time of day or night and is always on it. He attends to all of our needs from small to huge, he is an all around great guy. John our CPA is just as awesome. Always friendly, very helpfu when you are stressed out, very knowledgable and doesn't make you feel inapt. From the receptionist to all the IT and even the partners, couldn't ask for a better of group of people to work with. Thank you, Kemper!

We built a new start up dental office which is doing excellent. I was very nervous about taxes and bookkeeping as this is our first business. Working with the team at Virjee has been great. They are quick to respond, take the time to answer/explain questions and guide you through the craziness of taxes. I've been working primarily with Joe, Brooke and Vy. All of them are super nice and friendly. I interviewed 4 or 5 firms before signing up with Virjee and I definitely feel like I made the right choice. Highly recommend!

I had someone from this company messaged me about what seemed to be an interesting job posting at first glance. I tried to ask them a question about the job posting. They tried to dodge the question more than once, refusing to answer me. Also, according to their recruiter, they got my resume, which is clearly outdated, from some scammy website. Claimed to have called my number but clearly isn’t the case. They act very aggressive too.If they do contact you, run.

Just had the MOST unfriendly and rude call back from Norman Blatner. I called this office earlier today explaining that I was looking to hire a CPA to help me with NYS tax questions.I received a call back from Norman Blatner well after 5pm. He seemed to have misunderstood what exactly I needed help with and very rudely told me that he would not be able to help me and he was "just calling as a courtesy to let me know to remove his contact info from my list of people who could help me". When I tried to explain what it was that I actually needed he kept cutting me off and re-stating that he was just calling to tell me that he couldn't help me. He spoke very fast and wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. His tone was rude and dismissive. He definitely is not anyone I would want to do business with. I don't know if he treats everyone like trash or if I was just the unfortunate victim of him today. I do not recommend anyone reach out to this guy for your CPA needs. Do better Blatner & Mineo CPA PC!!!!!

Recommend staying away from this firm. I am a small business and figured I would take a chance on this firm based on the Google reviews. Dropped off our paperwork with ample time. Missed deadlines. Poor communication. Sent us a substantial surprise bill after providing us nothing. This is not the firm for you. Found a highly misleading advertisement for promising to sell NOLs and R&D credits "up to 95% of the value" when what they were really trying to do was lead gen for doing R&D work (because the former isn't really possible). My experience has always been excellent with Brown Edwards, especially with Pat Murtaugh. I wanted to reach out and personally thank Brown Edwards! Specifically Bradley. I recently lost my mother, father and brother and inherited some money and investments. Me, being a scared 20 something year old grieving the loss of my family, reached out to my financial advisor who told me brown edwards could help me. He notified me in advanced of the expensive cost of their services but I was more than willing to pay the price to have peace of mind and the help of experts. I called brown edwards and was transferred to Bradley P. We discussed the cost and I notified him I was more than willing to pay that price. Bradley laughed and kindly notified me that they typically only handle the “top of the top in Roanoke”and said i could be better served by a company that rhymes with “hr clock”. So, I contacted that company and guess what? The man I spoke with actually used to work for Brown Edwards! He left his position there to travel the world and Spend time with his family, And he was able to help me and my silly step up in basis concerns, at only a fraction of the cost! So I personally would love to thank Bradley for laughing in the face of a scared young woman who lost each and every one of her immediate family members, for making me cry when I was at my lowest, and recommending a different company. I will also add the receptionist was 10/10 she was very sweet and apologized on his behalf

Not bad for taxes. Communication is horrid and nobody knows what’s going on. They act like they do, but they don’t. They prioritize “keeping clients” over quality and trust. Not for nothing but there always seems to be some kind of excuse for why they can’t help me. They should hire more staff instead of putting me down. It causes me more stress. Not good for business solutions if you’re looking for clarity. They could do a lot better if they were more “real” with clients.

You know that scene in Christmas Vacation where Clark gets a Jelly of the Month club "gift" instead of a bonus? Well, that's the equivalent of what we just got from HPG. After using HPG as both our business and personal accountants for YEARS, we received a letter in the mail on Christmas Eve (!) stating that, effective immediately, they would no longer be our accountants due to a staffing shortage. There was no warning months or weeks ahead (I assume this staffing issue didn't suddenly arise on December 24), no phone call, no referral to a different accountant, no consideration that year-end taxes and the work therein goes into high gear just 8 days later. Just buhbye.We were not happy with their overpriced yet mediocre service, but it's a real pain to find a new accountant, so we stayed. I guess we can thank them for their lack of any sort of consideration or care towards us, as it forces us to finally find a better fit.

Should you use HPG for accounting services? Yes, if you want your payroll tax submissions to be filed late and have to pay late fees. Yes, if you don't expect to get any email or phone responses from their partners. Yes, if you expect to pay higher fees than other accounting firms. Yes, if you expect your account relationship to be mishandled and evenually dropped. If these are your expectation of accounting services, then I recommend them.

We have been with Wiss for about (11) years now, so I believe we know their firm fairly well.At the start, they immediately saved us a considerable amount of tax liability in Year 1 and moving forward over the years. As we are a global corporation with many subsidiaries, they also made some recommendations as far as restructuring to take advantage of other more technical issues.We primarily use Wiss for our annual general accounting audit, tax preparations and filings, and 401K audit. They also assist from time to time regarding international related issues. As with many companies, changes of personnel do occur from time to time, but they have always made these as seamless as possible.We have also experienced Federal and State audits, which they have also guided us thru from A to Z.In summary, we value Wiss as a partner with our company and have always experienced a very positive, professional and full service relationship.
