Horrible experience with this agency. They wasted thousands of dollars on keywords not related to my business, failed to deliver accurate monthly reports, and my website had better SEO results before they started. I was on page 1 for my most important keyword, and am now on page 3 in a six month period. My account was passed on to 3 or 4 separate reps due to employee turnover and I was constantly reeducating people about my company and goals. My business was better off with Reach Local! Thankfully I only signed a 6 month contract, I don't know if my business could have survived an entire year of Advantix induced set backs.

All I know is that I have a great product that can help a lot of people and I want to be able to tell as many people about it as quickly as possible. I don't know anything about websites, SEO, or CRMs or anything. Sage LISTENED to me, and understood what I wanted. How do I know? He had an initial website up in less than a week, at an incredible price and it was pretty darn good for the first try. Now we are trying to tweak it so that it is exactly what I want. Sage is very responsive, and always courteous. I'm excited to see how his website turns out, but most importantly, I feel at ease that I am in good hands.

So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. The roc building is beyond comprehension though, they even do SNL up or down stairs never got to see a show so I don’t know

Our ecommerce business has now worked with LaunchPad Lab on two major website redesign projects. The first one allowed us to completely rebuild our site from scratch. Would avoid at all costs. We spent $200K to develop a software that after one year there own team could not upgrade to work with Salesforce. If you disagree with them they will turn you over to collections without hesitation and no basis. The CEO Scott will then brag that he is an attorney and there is nothing you can do about it. Think twice, there are lots of software companies out there.
