id8 was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had coordinated with Brandi on getting a new logo made for multiple avenues I wanted to pursue and she was able to help me design a logo/brand that I'm totally in love with. From the very beginning and all the way to the end, she was always able to deliver, provide feedback and execute stunning design options that were all so good. She was also able to take my logo/branding goals of being versatile and transforming those ideas into concepts that spoke volume. Though making a decision on just one design out of a couple was hard in the end, I eventually went with one that had the best look and feel that represented what my brand needed to be. I would highly recommend id8 for any graphic design work as they are awesome at creating designs that have a deeper philosophical meaning that will make anyone appreciate the reasonings behind what they create.

I will give a negative 5 if there is an option available!!! They are literally time wasting team and provide all fake information until they get the resume and after that no response and even if you follw-up, they say there are better candidates with low rate and not considered your resume. I think they take the content from the resumes collected and prepare another resume from their pool of resources to submit to customer.. Very very very unprofessional and unethical recruiting team.. they wasted lot of my time and were quiet without saying anything..Do not entertain any of the emails or calls from these guys.

I ordered the DNC scrub they never delivered. I am still waiting for my refund. Ordered on a Saturday got an email stating " our offices are closed we will reopen bla bla bla" After a few days of hassle they decided to refund however so far the money did not show up in my credit card. My experience with this company Palm Desert Geeks, has been extremely frustrating. Pat, the owner, is a very poor communicator—he rarely responds to texts, emails, or phone calls in a timely or consistent manner. As a paying customer on a monthly subscription plan, I expected a basic level of service and professionalism, which was not delivered. Their services for website development, social media, and content posting are subpar. It appears the person responsible for this work is only available for a few hours a week, and it shows in the quality and consistency of the output. When I raised concerns about the lack of results and asked about the value I was receiving for what I was paying, I was abruptly terminated via text message—without any real conversation or attempt at resolution. Pat seemed completely unwilling to accept feedback, taking it as a personal attack rather than an opportunity to improve. Overall, it was a terrible and disappointing experience. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re considering using this company.

Visiting family in the area and had an issue with my mac and it not recognizing my external hard drive. Went as a walk-in, the day before my flight and the female employee was so unbelievably kind and helpful. Fixed the problem on the spot, luckily wasn't too complicated. Could not recommend this place more, I have had other issues in the past and always bad experiences at the Apple in Palm Desert. Go to the Palm Desert Geeks they are the best, just be aware they are on the 2nd floor!
