Very unprofessional interview process. They use indeed to do their interviews. And then you dont get a warning that when you show up for a scheduled interview that you have other people in front of you. And it says its a 15minute wait. I have a job and I was trying to do this on my lunch. Which is time I set aside ...and I dont get the same respect back. I value my time and doesn't that they do. Very frustrating because I was looking forward to this interview.

Worked for 9 months, and experienced inflexible work management and two Management directors Dominique Hubert and Amber Johnston that fired people without evidence of explanation, including previous HR. The one I experienced the most Harassment and highschool mentality was from Team Leader Nick Julio Flores the last few months after they gave me a inflexible schedule, RIGHT after they terminated my friend without showing evidence or the recording of the call. They denied my friend unemployment benefits and everything else because of the terminating him without evidence. No, you cannot silence me, or undo the damage that happened, and I know you favored certain toxic employees that abused their power because of favoritism.

I contracted EBQ for BDR augmentation services for a period of three months, and the results were extremely disappointing. Despite their promises, they failed to schedule even one initial meeting with potential clients. It was clear from the start that they didn’t fully understand my organization, our business needs, or how to properly present us to potential leads. Instead of delivering on their commitment, they merely provided a list of cold calls that didn’t meet our business requirements at all. The leads were irrelevant, poorly targeted, and demonstrated a lack of research or effort. Despite their failure to achieve any tangible results, they had the audacity to demand thousands of dollars in funding for what was essentially a useless service. Overall, I found their approach disorganized and out of touch with our goals, making this engagement a waste of time and money. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for real results.

Favoritism runs rampant, and HR exists only to protect the company—not the employees. Don’t be fooled by empty promises of "career advancement." Promotions are reserved for management’s favorites, while everyone else is stuck in the same dead-end role. Training is minimal, and turnover is sky-high because people either quit from exhaustion or get fired for not meeting unrealistic expectations. In conclusion, Connexus Resource Group is a call center nightmare—a place where employees are treated like cogs in a machine, worked to the bone, and discarded without a second thought. I would avoid working here if you can. I worked here for 5 years, and really hated it. Tried to find other work and was unable to for a long time. I ended up quitting because they were going to demote me after being a Team Lead for about 4.5 years. It was really disappointing and heartbreaking, especially since I loved my team of agents. The first couple of years were good, but after a while it just became unbearable. The last campaign I was on, Solutran, literally sucked the life out of me. My supervisor and my agents were great, but I had to fight for my agents to be treated fairly. The company goes by Connexus Resource Group now, they merged with a few other call centers in 2021. One good thing I can say about the merger was we were finally able to get PTO after not having any paid time off at all. The pay here sucks, I was only making $15.50 for being a team lead, and that was only after 5 years of tenure. Most agents were making around $11.50 to $13. It's very hard to get raises here, so if you want to work here and not be compensated properly this might be the right place for you. Avoid this place, it will only ruin your mental health and cause you more suffering.

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. I received half of an order that was poorly packed. My item was completely destroyed in shipping because they simply lack the ability to properly package an item. Furthermore, this poor excuse of a company then sent all items VIA surepost which costs an average of $4 per shipment. Interesting considering Supreme charges a minimum shipping expense of $10. Because I am in the shipping/fulfillment industry, it is easy to see that lack of leadership is causing this company to suffer. - My resume is available when you're ready to fix your horrifying issues.

I worked at this absolute horrid excuse of a job for 3-4 months. Let me start out with the good; the coaches are awesome, each and every one of them. They try to help as much as possible, but that’s not the issue. The issue is the GM, Katherine Voshell. Katherine claims to be understanding of whatever it is you have going on, whether that be illness, internet outages, so on and so forth but when it comes down to it. She isn’t, you’re just another employee to her. And she was SO quick to fire me when I was out sick, with something my disability causes. Even though, I had given her several doctor’s notes stating that I have a disability. The pay is absolutely horrendous, $7.25 for training (first two weeks) and then $10.00 an hour afterwards isn’t livable in this economy. RUN as fast as you can from this dumpster fire of an organization.

this job should get 0 stars negative 5 if possible this job isnt reliable at all..... so i tried to be fair took unjust treatment for the last two years. they kept switching my schedule from night to day changing my circadian rythym at least 4 times a year til i took a stand and had enough. they botched my pay an made me loose my apartment took my hard earned pto from me i still stayed went down to part time because its obvious either the higher ups didnt like me or they were just tryna push me out. So i make a year part time with them still docking my pay for absolutely nothing. Get down the road and they say hey were changing your schedule (again ) so they take 6 hours of pay from me weekly ask me do i want to switch back to day shift i said no because i go in school and finally got a stable schedule through there ever changing madness and they came back an said the volume was to low an they had to lay me off which i no is a load of crap...... some of the mangers were cool an the fact you got to work from home thats it. stay at your regular job itll save you time energy and a headache. this job should be illegal to have an anyone would benefit from turning the other way. so ill file for unemployment told me i got laid off an i was eligible for rehire.... I politely declined must be a fool to want to go through that again i had bills
