Very unprofessional interview process. They use indeed to do their interviews. And then you dont get a warning that when you show up for a scheduled interview that you have other people in front of you. And it says its a 15minute wait. I have a job and I was trying to do this on my lunch. Which is time I set aside ...and I dont get the same respect back. I value my time and doesn't that they do. Very frustrating because I was looking forward to this interview. "

Worked for 9 months, and experienced inflexible work management and two Management directors Dominique Hubert and Amber Johnston that fired people without evidence of explanation, including previous HR. The one I experienced the most Harassment and highschool mentality was from Team Leader Nick Julio Flores the last few months after they gave me a inflexible schedule, RIGHT after they terminated my friend without showing evidence or the recording of the call. They denied my friend unemployment benefits and everything else because of the terminating him without evidence. No, you cannot silence me, or undo the damage that happened, and I know you favored certain toxic employees that abused their power because of favoritism. "

They cant hold down a contract and ended up sunsetting alot of people after Christmas. Job security does not exist here, now im in a period of no pay for a month. My bills are bouncing all because they dont know what they are doing. "

My final wages are being wrongfully withheld. I quit on December 8, 2022 and did not receive information for returning my equipment until December 21, 2022. They sent a letter of separation acknowledgment on December 22, 2022, advising that I have 24-48 hours to have my equipment returned. THAT IS CHRISTMAS WEEKEND!? I get to FedEx, and they didn't send me the account information for returning my equipment or the label. They responded rather quickly in regard to returning equipment in, but when I advised them about not paying me my final wages, I was literally ghosted and have not been able to get ahold of anyone. This company is honestly notorious for scamming employees out of money, I know I'm not the first or last one this has happened to. It's sad that a big company is so willing to take the money of people who worked it. I have filed a claim to the Texas Department of Labor and will continue to file whatever forms I need to until I get my compensation for the money, I had to pay to return my equipment, and my final wages. I will also write a review on every platform I need to.Long story short, you can do better than a company who is willing to treat their employees like this. "

Frankly, it’s quite sad that I feel that I need to give a company I so willingly devoted 3 years of my life this low score. Just 4 weeks ago I would have given a 5 star rating. Yet after my recent experience I am forced to give the 1 Star. You see, I was a Team Lead here and proudly excellent at my job. Never had a corrective action nor did I ever get a write up. I put in countless hours to better my craft to lead my teams. Yet, when adversity came, nothing I had done previously nor was my word good enough. It’s a sad reality of the current direction of the company here in the SA area. I can’t speak for the other sites around the US or around the world. But here in the SA area, maybe avoid this company for a bit. They’re losing clients right now left and right. I had no idea the amount of stress I was under until I was gone. Now I feel free!! They’re not promoting anyone right now so if advancement is your goal, you’ll be waiting awhile. For your own mental health, seek employment elsewhere. "
