Very unprofessional interview process. They use indeed to do their interviews. And then you dont get a warning that when you show up for a scheduled interview that you have other people in front of you. And it says its a 15minute wait. Worked for 9 months, and experienced inflexible work management and two Management directors Dominique Hubert and Amber Johnston that fired people without evidence of explanation, including previous HR. The one I experienced the most Harassment and highschool mentality was from Team Leader Nick Julio Flores the last few months after they gave me a inflexible schedule, RIGHT after they terminated my friend without showing evidence or the recording of the call. They denied my friend unemployment benefits and everything else because of the terminating him without evidence. No, you cannot silence me, or undo the damage that happened, and I know you favored certain toxic employees that abused their power because of favoritism.

Despite their promises, they failed to schedule even one initial meeting with potential clients. Favoritism runs rampant, and HR exists only to protect the company—not the employees. Don’t be fooled by empty promises of "career advancement." Promotions are reserved for management’s favorites, while everyone else is stuck in the same dead-end role. Training is minimal, and turnover is sky-high because people either quit from exhaustion or get fired for not meeting unrealistic expectations. In conclusion, Connexus Resource Group is a call center nightmare—a place where employees are treated like cogs in a machine, worked to the bone, and discarded without a second thought. I would avoid working here if you can. I worked here for 5 years, and really hated it. Tried to find other work and was unable to for a long time. I ended up quitting because they were going to demote me after being a Team Lead for about 4.5 years. It was really disappointing and heartbreaking, especially since I loved my team of agents. The first couple of years were good, but after a while it just became unbearable. The last campaign I was on, Solutran, literally sucked the life out of me. My supervisor and my agents were great, but I had to fight for my agents to be treated fairly. The company goes by Connexus Resource Group now, they merged with a few other call centers in 2021. One good thing I can say about the merger was we were finally able to get PTO after not having any paid time off at all. The pay here sucks, I was only making $15.50 for being a team lead, and that was only after 5 years of tenure. Most agents were making around $11.50 to $13. It's very hard to get raises here, so if you want to work here and not be compensated properly this might be the right place for you. Avoid this place, it will only ruin your mental health and cause you more suffering.

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. I received half of an order that was poorly packed. My item was completely destroyed in shipping because they simply lack the ability to properly package an item. Furthermore, this poor excuse of a company then sent all items VIA surepost which costs an average of $4 per shipment. Interesting considering Supreme charges a minimum shipping expense of $10. How did managers help with a transfer of service for a customer who left review.Because at managements rule is to never disclose that they are calling from at management,they are only to represent and use their clients name. What’s even funnier is this customer was considered special from the rest. They were not only informed it was at management dealing with their service but they even knew the real names of the managers.Another common practice is staff and managers mostly use a dummy name not their real. But in this case even that info was provided to the customer. Must be a special customer that the normal practices were broken for them and they from millions of customers even took the time to write a review lol . Everyone laugh with me.
