Once we settled into a proper rhythm, things moved fine after that. Would tell other manufacturing companies to go with Mindrops if they have a big, complicated catalogue that needs proper structuring online.

Cart, checkout, wishlist, login and search were all built in the same go. The Watch and Buy part, where a video plays next to a product you can buy, gets used a lot. Orders come straight through the site now instead of through chat, which changed how our days run. The launch happened on the exact date given at the start. Not everything was smooth though, the product page had to be built again after it ran slow on mid range phones and that fix took longer than promised. For a small jewellery brand going online properly for the first time, it was worth the money.

This company is only good for pretty site that loads slow and is bogged down with junk. The company reached out and heard my complaints. There's not a lot they can do to make this right (since most of the work they left undone was finished by me), but at least they listened. They extended our site warranty to help fix any outstanding issues. I'm adjusting my rating to three-stars.
