Not a Supportive Place for Employees During my time at Deftsoft, I saw situations where management failed to support employees during genuine personal or medical emergencies. Leadership in the SEO department was unhelpful, and long hours beyond the scheduled shift became a regular expectation. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this workplace to anyone who values respect and fair treatment.

Poor Support, Long Hours, and No Value for Employees I spent 1 year 8 months at Deftsoft and it was one of the most stressful work experiences of my career. When I needed medical leave for gallstone surgery, HR refused to approve it, leaving me to work through pain and stress. My SEO team lead, Devraj, did not gave professional guidance and regularly made the team stay long after our shifts without valid reason. If you value health, respect, and fair treatment, this may not be the right workplace for you.
