Ad spend increased dramatically and cost per conversion skyrocketed. They claimed because revenue was increasing that they did their job. We add new brands weekly so revenue was growing before and after them. Cost per conversion/ROAS went into the dumps and we were unprofitable. Yet they still use us as a success case study on their website. Since then google reps took over and overhauled the structure of the campaign, saying it was clunky and wrong.

During the sales process, we were told the project would take 2–3 weeks.Instead, the work was outsourced to a third party in another country, communication became extremely limited, and very little actual work was completed. Most interactions seemed focused on trying to upsell additional services rather than delivering the project we had already paid for.It has now been over three months, and the website redesign remains incomplete. I have requested a refund multiple times, but my messages have largely gone unanswered.Based on my experience, the company failed to deliver on the promised timeline, communication was poor, and customer service after payment was extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend them.

Greenmouse Technology has displayed some of the worst behavior I’ve seen from a supposed tech company. A developer I know gave them his best, completed his notice period with professionalism, and instead of honoring their part of the agreement, they chose to ghost him.
