Exceptional Team. This is our experience with Black Ops Agency, hopefully to those reading this will help and finding the right AV team for you. I recommend Black Ops Agency. Background: hosting an in-person austin event requiring microphones, speakers, and full recording with 4 angles. From the beginning of contact to the conclusion of the event, Wesley & Ramin were incredible. Their energy and attitude were attentive, patient, and intelligent. One of the most important parts I observed was the communication being CLEAR, and FAST. They were adjustable on everything, and affordable.* ------------------- Additional details from our experience: Pros: -We did 1 full event with Black Ops, which included multiple services, however, definitely not all of them. That said - From this experience with them, I & the rest of our team observed no issues from Ramin or Wesley. I have no requests or feedback for them has they have dialed their business in for the services we needed. If anything, I received great feedback to optimize my part. -Highly adjustable -Great Communication -Clear and specific -Clean and professional, not to "Casual" nor stilted, preggish, or overly formal. Just good people who get it done! Cons: Only Con which is more of a reminder to all those looking for this service would be: Their energy type (attitude-personalities-etc) may not resonate with everyone. It did for us, and I know many people who would also resonate with them. - I wanted to add this as it's essential in any business, event, or other construction, having the right people, not just in their skills, but the way they work and process internally, is frequently overlooked. -------------------- I am extremely happy with the results of Blacks Ops Agency for our event AV team. * Compared to similar teams in the area Thank you, Dax Johnson

We are currently working with Nimaroh to do a full redesign of our branding and website. The experience has been an awesome one so far. Here is one of our experiences that highlights who Nimaroh is most. After a first pass of our website redesign we liked the attempt but not fully. We gave very precise and clear direction on what we didn't like and would like to see different. A week later we were set to meet to see the updates and I was nervous about what we would see and that the edits would miss the mark.....BOOM absolutely blow away by the updates. The feedback was carefully listened to and iterations were made in a way that showed they listen to their customers but also know what they were doing. I will say I trusted them from the beginning but after this I had no doubt in their ability and professionalism. The final thing I will say is I don't know how many projects or customers Nimaroh currently has ( I am sure its lots) but every time we interact it feels like we are their only customer and priority. They never forget who you are, where you last left off, or feedback you provided. It's like working with a friend you can trust. 10/10
