There are many accounting companies out there, and there is only one Treewalk. We went through four different accounting companies before finding Treewalk. And they are by far the best we ever had. Good accounting is the backbone of any business, and Treewalk goes well above and beyond to keep things on track. It's the touch points and care that they exert of your file that sets them apart. I would get constant updates and immediate responses to my questions. As a business owner, I cannot recommend Treewalk enough. They have multiple offices and addresses posted online. One time I drove to Sherwood Park, and it was not the right place. Then I had to email to confirm which address they were at. They did my taxes during tax season, and it was fine. But I asked to set an appointment to discuss my RDSP. The receptionist told me on two separate occasions that they'd get ahold of me after tax season. I still have yet to hear from them. When I'd go into the office it seemed disorganized, I can understand Tax Season is very busy and a lot of paperwork but keep in mind this is confidential information, and paperwork should be left all over the place where everyone can see.

We tried their services for few months and found them to be very unprofessional and unethical. There is no transparency in billing. Initially they will do marketing gimmicks and come up with amazing pricing structure which is hard to believe and then once you enter into contract, they will show the true pricing which is very expensive. Also the staff who handle your accounts don't even know fundamentals of accounting, most of the time you end up training them. Very Disgusting people. We had to terminate their contract and re-assign the entire work to another qualified professional
