There are many accounting companies out there, and there is only one Treewalk. We went through four different accounting companies before finding Treewalk. And they are by far the best we ever had. They have multiple offices and addresses posted online. One time I drove to Sherwood Park, and it was not the right place. Then I had to email to confirm which address they were at. They did my taxes during tax season, and it was fine. But I asked to set an appointment to discuss my RDSP. The receptionist told me on two separate occasions that they'd get ahold of me after tax season. I still have yet to hear from them. When I'd go into the office it seemed disorganized, I can understand Tax Season is very busy and a lot of paperwork but keep in mind this is confidential information, and paperwork should be left all over the place where everyone can see.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Acuity Bookkeeping and Accounting ServicesI hired Acuity to help with bookkeeping and accounting, but the results were frustrating and unprofessional. Instead of properly categorizing transactions and providing accurate reports, almost everything was labeled as "uncategorized," making the books completely unreliable.They set up several automated apps that required me to pay extra subscription fees. None of these tools integrated correctly, and they only made the situation more confusing. Rather than helping me gain financial clarity, their system created more problems and wasted both time and money.I was hoping for experienced support and clean financial records, but what I received was a disorganized mess. I would not recommend Acuity to anyone looking for dependable accounting services.

Just had the MOST unfriendly and rude call back from Norman Blatner. I called this office earlier today explaining that I was looking to hire a CPA to help me with NYS tax questions.I received a call back from Norman Blatner well after 5pm. He seemed to have misunderstood what exactly I needed help with and very rudely told me that he would not be able to help me and he was "just calling as a courtesy to let me know to remove his contact info from my list of people who could help me". When I tried to explain what it was that I actually needed he kept cutting me off and re-stating that he was just calling to tell me that he couldn't help me. He spoke very fast and wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. His tone was rude and dismissive. He definitely is not anyone I would want to do business with. I don't know if he treats everyone like trash or if I was just the unfortunate victim of him today. I do not recommend anyone reach out to this guy for your CPA needs. Do better Blatner & Mineo CPA PC!!!!!

I wanted to reach out and personally thank Brown Edwards! Specifically Bradley. I recently lost my mother, father and brother and inherited some money and investments. Me, being a scared 20 something year old grieving the loss of my family, reached out to my financial advisor who told me brown edwards could help me. He notified me in advanced of the expensive cost of their services but I was more than willing to pay the price to have peace of mind and the help of experts. I called brown edwards and was transferred to Bradley P. We discussed the cost and I notified him I was more than willing to pay that price. Bradley laughed and kindly notified me that they typically only handle the “top of the top in Roanoke”and said i could be better served by a company that rhymes with “hr clock”. So, I contacted that company and guess what? The man I spoke with actually used to work for Brown Edwards! He left his position there to travel the world and Spend time with his family, And he was able to help me and my silly step up in basis concerns, at only a fraction of the cost! So I personally would love to thank Bradley for laughing in the face of a scared young woman who lost each and every one of her immediate family members, for making me cry when I was at my lowest, and recommending a different company. I will also add the receptionist was 10/10 she was very sweet and apologized on his behalf

Mohit and team went the extra mile and provided more than just the run of the mill services that a lot of accountants provide. So I've used a ton of different accountants over the years to do my crypto bookkeeping. None of them did a good job. In fact, the accounting firm I used on the previous return made a mistake that costed me a ton in penalties. That firm was also charging me $300/hr for what was clearly outsourced help that barely understood crypto. I never realized how much more costly hiring the wrong accountant was. So most of these places will pick 1 crypto accounting software and stick to that. The issue is that if you use any new blockchains, it might take the software company a while to write the code to parse the new blockchain. So the nice part about working with Justin is he would build scripts to handle those cases. Other accountant places would do it manually and just rack up billable hours. Justin was very thorough and diligent. My dataset is pretty complex and he navigated it very well.

Let me start by saying that I have spoken to many accountants and many of them did not have the knowledge to assist me. I did some extensive research and came across Founder's CPA . Honestly, they are the gold standard when it comes to crypto taxes and preparation. I was so worried because I had a lot of transactions from different exchange platforms to the point it gave me a headache. I first had a consultation with Curt and Justin. I immediately knew they were the ones to help because they were able to answer every question and concern I had. Justin was incredible every step of the way. He was responsive to emails and questions and made me feel like an individual and not just another random client of theirs. They provide great service and their turnaround time is fast yet efficient. I can't say enough about this company. They were really accommodating and made sure that I understood everything which was a huge plus for a new crypto investor.

Sent an enquiry through the website and also directly by email but never received a response.I then called the number provided. The agent answered, but it took quite a while to figure out what was going on, so I ended up explaining my enquiry all over again. Unfortunately, the situation still seemed unclear.I called back a week later and could barely hear the agent because the microphone sounded too far away. I explained that I was following up on my previous enquiry. The agent said she would call me back, but I never received a call.Overall, it was a frustrating and time consuming experience. If you're considering contacting them, be prepared for delays and a lack of follow up.

if there is "No star" option, I would give this sneaky , unprofessional ,unclear company this rate..Ppl are not professional at all, aren't straight forward, charging you excessive fees if you decide to withdraw , they are not familiar with updates laws.Very poor communications with most of staff.It is really very bad ,and poor experience to deal with this business.

I am the business manager for a medical practice in Newburgh, IN. I have been a manger for over 30 yrs. Kemper is the best that I have dealt with by far. Their customer service and knowledge out weighs any I have ever experienced. Nathaniel our IT go to guy, is awesome. He always answers his calls no matter what time of day or night and is always on it. He attends to all of our needs from small to huge, he is an all around great guy. John our CPA is just as awesome. Always friendly, very helpfu when you are stressed out, very knowledgable and doesn't make you feel inapt. From the receptionist to all the IT and even the partners, couldn't ask for a better of group of people to work with. Thank you, Kemper!
