They arrived on scene early one morning and traveled across central Washington to four separate locations to make an exceptionally tight yet comprehensive video about our firm. We began around 8 am and wrapped about 430 pm.Colormatics maintained excellent lines of communication including via email, text, cell and the video editing platform that they utilized. They transformed our vision into a compelling visual narrative.The final piece blended live-action footage with motion graphics. We conducted interviews and also wanted to highlight the social media activity of these community members. Their profiles were used as a storytelling device, appearing almost like flashbacks, but animated in a way that made the content feel like it was unfolding in real time.We’re now experimenting with turning interview voiceovers into animated illustrations. We believe these could resonate even more on social platforms. The plan was to compare performance between the two video styles, and we’re looking forward to testing them soon.

I had the pleasure of working with Modo Modo Agency in 2022, when I was responsible for the complete renovation of Ricoh North America's brand narrative and visual design system, across all channels and all audiences. There were three immediately necessary elements - 1) internal communications materials about the overhaul of the brand narrative in order to build trust and enthusiasm internally for the new strategic direction of the company, 2) recruitment marketing assets to attract new talent to the organization very rapidly, and 3) go-to-market assets for multiple vertical industries where Ricoh was strategically focused on specific levels of growth.Modo Modo Agency helped me lead the charge by generating extremely valuable internal communications materials, visual design system assets, manager and leadership guides and more to help with evangelizing internally the evolved brand narrative and the new strategic plan set forth by the CEO. They also created a significant number recruitment marketing assets for a number of digital channels to help build excitement around the brand, attract talent, and encourage employment applications for the significant number of open positions the company needed to fill. Lastly, we worked closely on GTM initiatives across paid and owned channels for the specific vertical industries Ricoh had identified in their strategic growth plan.The team is strategic, focused on meeting business objectives, and delivering on the critical KPIs of each program. Modo Modo Agency stepped in quickly, delivered smart, well-executed, and effective assets for all the audiences and channels we needed to address. I would enthusiastically recommend them and would most definitely hire them again.

I am very displeased and very dissatisfied with the service. I can't believe how someone in the marketing world is deliberately making a customer dissatisfied.In this review, I will stick to the facts only (as much as I can)I paid $800 for what the CEO calls "Branding Guidelines + Strategy" and " STP + Persona Development "Here some of the things I was promised by the CEO in our initial conversations (aka expectations):1- The entire process will take 8 days.2- We will give you detailed documents which includes the tiniest details about your brand such as how to take a photo.3- We will have 2 to 3 hours conversations every few days to be clear on what you are trying to accomplish.4- We will give you an executable strategies where the marketing director can execute it right away.You could easily use the above information in a copy. However, here is the reality.1- It is taking now well over 3 weeks and the final delivery is not complete (as opposed to 8-day delivery time). I no longer want the final piece of delivery, because I just can't stand this level of unprofessionalism. I would rather lose the money than lose my mind.2- The words count for the four documents is about 2500 words which can fit into 5 pages. Some of the information are useful, but I wouldn't pay more than $200 for them. Most of the information are either irrelevant or generic with no details or relevancy (the one you can find in google). Contrast that with what I was promised.3- The CEO was very unresponsive and I was struggling to set up a time to meet with him. I felt as if I was an annoying sales man who is trying to sell him useless staff (not the customer who gave him $800 and expecting exceptional customer service). I totally agree with the person who mentioned the unresponsiveness of the CEO and the poor quality of products they produce.4- There is no way this "strategy" can be executed. How can someone execute a strategy that doesn't have the expected cost of advertising, the search keyword, customer audience affinity, what social media to use, ... etc.Well. I learned the lesson. I am sad to say that I do not share the enthusiasm of the other reviewers. Mr. Stirling did an excellent job of marketing his services and prompting me to call. My company had contracted with another company to build a new website and never finished it. After some discussion with Thomas, he estimated the cost to finish was $2000. I have the agreement that states this. Unfortunately, $2000 ended up fixing one page only. He claimed that there were too many broken links to finish the job. Of course he was happy to continue work for a lot more money.Rather than insist that he finish it for the original amount agreed upon, I simply requested that we do our best on our end and that we ask a question or two as we progressed. Mr. Sterling became belligerent and accused me of trying to wangle free services. He then shut down our website (fortunately not live) until we paid in full.I will say that the staff under Mr. Sterling were delightful to work with. Unfortunately the unprofessional attitude of their boss made for a terrible experience.
