The XO team is awesome. Their projects and implementation group is second to none. The support team is great - quick, polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of your time. Whenever there's a big problem, they work overtime to fix it, even if it's on the weekend, overnight, or a holiday. Joel, Nik, Greg, Irving, Ross, Saad, Robert, Mahender, and others are all all-stars. Highly recommend them for managed services in Los Angeles or Toronto (where their main offices are) or anywhere else. We have our Microsoft 365 set up through JourneyTeam. Have not needed assistance in a long time, perhaps never. However, needed help today as all of my Microsoft applications stopped working despite our subscription still being in effect (I double-checked this). On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

Beware of this company. In March 2023 they claimed to have some "billing error" that dated back to July 2021, and they would "audit" and charge what they decided to be needed... despite that I'd been paying what I'd agreed to every month. They came up with the number $267.92 (a lot considering the average monthly was around $35). I tried calling multiple times but never got a person nor a callback from my messages. I also wrote them several emails. Despite my attempts to let them know it isn't right to charge a customer a fee I never agreed to, they charged me anyway and they successfully won the credit card dispute as well. I've since discovered there are many better (and more inexpensive) backup options, so I've moved elsewhere. But anyone considering MMIT should reconsider. Just read the rest of the reviews to realize this isn't a one-off issue.. this is a pattern of behavior. It isn't right, and they know it, but they apparently have no shame about it either.

The response time of the Troinet team is amazing! During the most recent storm (Isaias), our Eltingville office lost most of its power for several days. Our server connection was initially lost and we were in a panic! Troinet worked quickly to get our server up and running and we were able to use the power we had to connect to our scheduling software. My son and I recently started a new business creating a holistic experience for end of life care and additional supportive services such as housecleaning,respite and dog walking. Our business model is completely remote and while we had the manpower to write the code and set us up in our home office so that everything was at the tip of our fingers, we were woefully disappointed with the cyber support we received from the various vendors. A friend recommended Cyber Duo with the explanation that they provide comprehensive it support, security and data management all in one. So essentially my son and his friends are no longer the IT department. Now I have a real company that I can call day or night when I think my system has been compromised. I have someone to call when Gen X tendencies kick in and i magically crash the computer or have unintelligible code instead of the file I was trying to open all over my screen. CyberDuo managed to sync and simultaneously protect and the fancy technology that we are using in one short afternoon for what I consider to be a wholly reasonable price and considering the peace of mind they’ve given me it’s worth and I would pay much more. They are always available if we need them but once they had us up and running we just haven’t! Highly recommend Cyber Duo!
