Arnie is a superhuman with superpowers! If I could, I’d give Arkadian Cybersecurity six stars. I lost my SSD with my whole system and all my music files and scores — and he brought it all back. Arnie recovered everything and made my setup look and work exactly like before. On top of that, he got it running with my older Mac, which had been a total headache before. Other places said it couldn’t be done or didn’t even want to try. Arnie’s a real tech wizard — he’ll dig in until he figures it out. Following a cold call from a Datavox account rep who made grandiose claims of being the one stop solution for all my IT needs in any situation, I decided to give them a try on a large but simple rural mixed residential/commercial security, IT, and connectivity project to see just how well they performed and to gauge their responsiveness. In the event things went well I indicated I would consider them to manage my entire in-town multi-site IT process soup to nuts. Of course, the account rep was beyond excited to land an account like this and after a site visit to the rural project and encouraging discussion about solutions and start times, I was confused when I didn't receive any followup. When I decided to reach out to the rep by email, it went unanswered. When I called I didn't get an answer, but was quickly called back. After speaking to the rep, I was informed the VP decided this was not a project for them and "the guy" who handles these projects was out and they didn't know when he would be back. I was truly shocked at this 180 turn of events, the reliance on "one guy" for an entire arm of service, and the lack of communication. I own and run a small business where customer service is a priority. It appears this organization wasn't interested in satisfying all of my IT requirements and only the ones convenient to them. Truly unfortunate as I would have been a great client... assuming they actually did what they claimed they could accomplish. Truly disappointing and incredibly unprofessional in my opinion. So I am on the hunt again for a more reliable and professional firm to handle all of my IT needs.

eSILO Tech Support Review I am a retired engineer and part time stock option trader. I have been an eSilo customer for about 7 years now and I have had only one occasion that required tech support. Recently I have purchased a new PC as the old one with Windows 10 will no longer be supported by Microsoft after October of this year. Since I belong to the Boomer generation and not well versed in IT, I hired a local IT guy to transfer the files for me. To my complete dismay, I discover on the new PC that all my photo and music files are gone. The excuse I got was that there were no photo or music files on my old PC which is total bull. I was both angry and desperate. I call up eSilo tech support and work with the software engineer Danny. Danny was able to restore my photo files, music files and investment spreadsheets that take me years to build. What a relief! Danny is very personable and professional. The company we hired to handle the IT services for our small business sold out to these guys and the service we received plummeted. We were paying a ridiculous monthly fee for managed IT services yet the few times we'd actually need help we would end up on hold forever and not receive calls back when promised. It took them almost two weeks to get a computer connected to our network and over a week to connect a new check scanner. **Edit: They were helpful with the offboarding process to our new IT company. The owner of the old company we had originally contracted with did reach out, which was appreciated. I really still feel that the IT services we were receiving were sub-par.

I have been using ProTek IT Solutions for over 10 years now. They came in and solved a major issue remotely that two other local firms in Las Vegas were unable to resolve. They have been handling all of our IT on a remote basis since that time. I only had them physically in my office once since I started utilizing their services in 2014. They are intelligent, they know what they are doing and our computers and servers function fantastic 99.9% of the time. It is still frustrating that other .1% of the time when we have issues, but ProTek jumps in and handles it right away. I highly recommend the use of their services.
