The company we hired to handle the IT services for our small business sold out to these guys and the service we received plummeted. We were paying a ridiculous monthly fee for managed IT services yet the few times we'd actually need help we would end up on hold forever and not receive calls back when promised. It took them almost two weeks to get a computer connected to our network and over a week to connect a new check scanner.**Edit: They were helpful with the offboarding process to our new IT company. The owner of the old company we had originally contracted with did reach out, which was appreciated. I really still feel that the IT services we were receiving were sub-par.

Before we met Ty, We were a small construction company with nothing more than a domain name, some mailboxes, and a couple of macbook pros and backup drives. it took almost 2 months to replace a fan in my computer. was forced to buy a replacement pc because of how long they took for a job that would make any other repair shop ashamed for taking longer than a week.these guys will probably give you the run around. i've had 3 different experiences with them, and they gave me the run around every time about replacing parts, not having them on hand, and having trouble with delivery. too convenient to happen 3 times in a row for me.on top of all of this, they never reached out to me for any updates on my repair. they would only SOMETIMES call back if i called to leave a message first. i would generally expect any communication for any delays in an order.i would recommend going to another shop if you're able to.

I contracted this company for a high-value project, expecting professional and timely delivery as per their promises. What I received was nothing short of a disaster.Non-Delivery: Despite repeated assurances and deadlines, not only was the project delayed, but what was eventually sent was incomplete and of such poor quality that it was entirely unusable.Financial Duress: The sum charged for this project was exorbitant, especially considering that nothing of value was delivered. Payments were demanded under threats of halting the project, which now feels like outright extortion.No Source Code: Contrary to what was agreed upon, no source code files were provided, rendering any potential fixes or improvements impossible.Refund Ignored: Upon confronting them about these issues and asking for a refund, I was met with complete silence. My messages have been ignored, forcing me to take legal action.This has been a costly and time-consuming ordeal. I strongly advise against engaging with Sumeru Inc. Their lack of professionalism, poor execution, and complete disregard for their clients' needs are alarming. I am now in the process of taking legal steps to recover my losses.

The rep Laurianne Usanase snuck a meeting in my calendar and her team tried to ambush me with a sales presentation. I think they are just randomly inviting people to meetings, hoping they accept and then hoping they can force a sale. I am not sure how they thought that would work but it took 15 minutes of my time to figure out what was going on. This was pretty awful and underhanded.
