We have been a Cherwell customer since 2014. Being that we didn't have the resources to create the system we had in mind, Cherwell hooked us up with one of their partners but that initial relationship just didn't pan out. Then we found out about Excalibur. From our initial meeting, we knew we found our forever Cherwell consultant. We have worked with 3 different team members (not including the owner) and each has been a pleasure to work with. They go the extra mile to learn your business so you don't waste time explaining things over and over. Seems they have been a Cherwell partner forever and there hasn't been a question we've asked that they haven't been able to answer. So, it's probably obvious that I would highly recommend them for your next Cherwell project. I think you'll be pleased with your decision.

We were introduced to KDG back in October 2024. They were recommended by a sister company of ours. Our goal was to transition from multiple programs to one program to help streamline and automate as many processes as possible. In order to accomplish this, we needed a company like KDG to help with the customization of the program to accommodate the different needs of the different roles within our organization. They've spent so much time with us, starting with each employee to understand what they need - They've truly been a partner. I am very happy to have found OpenSource Technologies. I had an issue with an existing website which was based on an old oscommerce platform and was running on a deprecated version of PHP. Because I have multiple sites I was unable to change platforms with my existing host or my site would go down. Therefore I needed to install a new Ecommerce platform and needed some development time without my site going down during that time. Both Vikas and Minash were great about installing my new platform OpenCart 3 and providing a temporary development server to build my site which was going to take a few weeks. They were knowledgeable as I navigated the the new platform and very responsive to questions and suggestions. I am happy with my new site which is now live and thank them for making the project a lot easier than I thought it would be. I highly recommend them and thank them for working on my project.
