The Colored Girls Museum has now worked with Creative Repute Design Agency on several high visibility projects . Including Custom Wallpaper designed by Nile Livingston which took center stage at Philadelphia Airport backing our installation (Sit A Spell ) which was on view for nine months. The inspiration for the wallpaper came from Niles postcard design for our show The One Room Schoolhouse . We loved the design so much we created other merch around it . At present the wallpaper can be seen at The Colored Girls Museum in the Colored Boys Room. Most recently Creative Repute turned around the poster appearing soon at Mother Bethel which is the kick off location for The Tribute to The 7th Ward Legacy Reclaimed . Walking Tour . Always a pleasure to work with Nile and her team . Excellent customer service , beautiful design work .Most important to us intuitive and client centered approach to graphic design that exceeds what we can imagine when we approach them with a sketch of an idea. The project was followed down to the smallest detail, from the initial explanation of our needs to the perfect import of the vast amount of data we had in a thousand Excel spreadsheets. Delivery was very quick, even a few days earlier than expected (which was, after all, a very short timeframe). Immediate post-sales support for the countless changes that annoying customers like me require. Now I have a work tool that allows me to monitor all my business activities at an excellent price, much lower than "renowned" solutions. I also used the email integration to quickly import new leads. Well done, highly recommended not only for their work style, but also for the results. We've been partnering with them for three years.

I went to interview for a Delivery Manager role.Had 3 people interview me, one of which was dressed in sports outfit for the interview - I do not regard this as being professional.Second, the role advertised is not the same with the role itself. In the job description, the responsibilities were all related to Project Management, however when the interview started I was completely blindsided.They asked me to basically do the work of Sales, Product Owner, Design, Architecture and we spoke a little of Delivery as well.Only to be told later that because this is a consultancy, it's expected of you to do everything. The job does NOT pay for X5 roles with those responsibilities, but you are expected to do those tasks regardless.My advice - just write down all of these in the job advert, saves people time to decide whether it is suited for them or not.

I recently had an experience back in 2022 with Apadmi that I feel compelled to share and have debated whether i should post this. As a professional eagerly looking forward to an interview with Apadmi, I was unfortunately met with a series of disappointments.Firstly, the structured process I was initially promised for the interview was not adhered to. This lack of organisation not only threw me off but also made it challenging to present myself effectively and forced to do a presentation in less than 24 hours notice.More concerning, however, was my interaction with the Managing Director, not sure if he is still there. I found his demeanour not just unprofessional but outright rude. This was disheartening, especially coming from a leadership figure in a reputable company. I've actually never been so humiliated in the professional environment.It's important for companies to remember that interviews are a two-way process. They are not just about evaluating candidates, but also about demonstrating the company's values and culture. Unfortunately, my experience with Apadmi fell short of the professional standards one would expect, however i would say Marcus, one of the board members was a delight in my first stage.I hope my feedback is taken constructively, as it is intended to highlight areas where there is significant room for improvement in how Apadmi manages its recruitment process and senior staff interactions.
