We contracted with Inovit because of the quality shown on several of their website videos. They assured us that they could replicate that level of quality for us. After several months of revisions, we realized they just didn't have the ability to make it happen. We ended up doing their job because they refused to listen, producing videos that didn't come close to being accurate or professional. After months of trying to get a video that we liked, we gave up and lost our $3K deposit.

My combustion engineering business is very technical and we needed a video about a breakthrough new product we were marketing to Utility Power plants worldwide. It was a smooth experience working with Global Media Desk. I had to organise a global video project involving 7 cities. I had set up production in 4 locations with my own contacts but I needed urgent support in 3 other locations (Hong Kong, Signapore and Dallas) as deadlines were fast approaching. I worked with Javier from the GMD team who was very responsive and managed to find production crews in each location within an appropriate budget. Everything looked great on paper but Claire did very little for my business and only fulfilled about 30% of the plan set up in our contract. Everytime I asked her if she had done the task we had set up, there was either a delay or she didn't do it at all and found excuses. I was very disappointed by her lack of professionalisme eventhough she charged me 3k/month. She did a lot of damage for my business and I would not recommend her.
