BE WARE! i had a bad experience which i would like to bring to your attention. We have worked with them on a couple of projects. In the 1st project the result was decent. Looking forward we gave them the 2nd project as well, here's where things went down. It was an e-commerce edit of pillows and cushion, which after a month of work and back and forth was unsatisfactory. The images lacked finishing, sharpness and resolution. The final result also lacked consistency across majority of the images. With each round of corrections the resolution and sharpness of the images kept on decreasing. After a detailed conversation with the team we came across the fact that they made the changes on the exported images and not in the existing open-files. At the end i ended up shelling my editing budget and no images to deliver to the client. We had to re-edit all the images...All of this matter was brought to notice, and the managing partner makes a false suggestion that they would refund 50% payment from the total. They haven't yet processed the refund and when i asked for an update on the same the project manager says -"As discussed earlier, the compensation was not an official commitment from the company, but rather a suggestion from my end as your managing partner in an attempt to maintain a positive working relationship.At this stage, there is no approval from higher management regarding any compensation."If there was no approval from the firm regarding the compensation why would you go ahead and give such false statements? This is highly unprofessional conduct. I am not at all satisfied with the conduct and the work!I respect the employees and their efforts on the projects and i really donot mean to defame or make negative notions about the firm but this is just an experience which might help people understand where things can go wrong. I hope the team understands the factors affecting the results and works on it to increase the quality of work, maintaining the efficiency.Thanks.

Living here for eight years now.Best part is the open space right behind the society that helps a free flow of fresh air and Sunlight into all the flats from back side. Flats on the front also have a view to the roadside and Pune city. Those living in 'A Wing' building have a picturesque view of Fort Sinhgad.Well run management by society governing body. Cleanliness is maintained all the time. Annual and frequent check ups done for all water, electric and other facilities.Only issue that troubles is the noise at night of traffic on the road just besides the society.

So you have an idea- the next big thing-CONGRATULATIONS! What next? For me as an engineer, it's always a meeting with Roger from Aarons CGI. Why? Animations are the ultimate minimum viable product (MVP) for many concepts, and with Aarons CGI I always get three times the value compared to platform giggers (like Fiverr).How so?1. Amazing Quality: The finished product is always amazing in terms of the rendering and the physics (if it involves movement). In most instances, the animation was better than I imagined (and I have a good imagination!).2. Fresh Eye Review: Unlike job-shops, Roger doesn't just simply animate your emailed storyboard; he becomes an extended part of your team for a time, making the effort to get down in the weeds in order to understand your concept/vision as well as your message and the intended audience. This review process (go slow to go fast) is of incredible value because it makes you think things through (forces slow thinking), and the innocent questions raised by Roger are the same as your viewer will have. In many instances, the concept has been materially improved as a result! Let's face it, inventors are often blind to the needs and perspectives of their "customers".3. One Take: This is where the ‘go slow to go fast’ strategy pays off with the final step proceeding quickly and efficiently in a single step, to the agreed schedule. How? Simple, all the issues have been ironed out beforehand (step 2). Seemingly cheaper options usually work out much more expensive and take longer to do, because you do the job more than once (typically 3 iterations).So...Got a concept? Take my advice, the next stop should be Aarons CGI for an MVP with 3x the value!
