I was very trepidatious about starting with a new website design and hosting company. I knew it was necessary for company growth but felt somewhat at a loss of where to start. When I met a few of the PufCreativ team members at an industry event, it was apparent that they were authentic humans and had expertise in their field. The process was very professional, from my intro conversation with Shamus Lahman, to my first meeting and contract negotiation with John Shute, to the weeks of work with the team. I worked closely with our assigned team including Piper Lee and Patrick Cathcart, as well as Andres Hernandez. They responded quickly to questions, and sought to fully understand our goals for the website. The recommendations they made were helpful and everything stayed within the budget that was discussed at the start of the project. They integrated all of our existing systems and even enhanced our functionality within them. We are so glad that we found this team and look forward to a long-term business relationship, utilizing even more of their services, as our company grows and our online presence expands. Our team is very happy with the finished product and we have received compliments from both existing and new customers. This is a terrible company and certainly does not care about it's customers or helping brands. I called to speak with a representative of the company and without even talking with me about my needs, they reply by saying "we are not interested in working with you" and then hung up. It was very unprofessional and just shows how much they value the people that are paying their bills. I would not ever recommend reaching out to this company or consider using them in any capacity. - in response to your company’s reply: since I cannot reply to your response. I will add to my original review. The fact that you want to try and play it off as if I called the wrong number is almost as comical as you guys having someone go leave a fake positive review after I left a negative review about your company. You’ve never received a single review on your company for the entirety of you being in business and then somehow one hour after I left a negative review you magically have someone leave a positive review try and refute what I said. I will attach a photo of my outgoing call to the number on your website showing I did indeed call and talk to one of your representatives who is out collecting any data on what we were hoping to hire you for, tell me they are not interested in working with our company.

Do NOT recommend. I had my website set up through Traffick Digital for my side venture. Essentially, they set up the domain for me, and I did all of the work. Unfortunately, my relationship with Jesse ceased when my relationship with his friend ended, and I have been unable to access my site since. I have tried contacting him, but he blocked all contact. I have reached out through social media, phone, email, and even through his family members to see how I can transfer the domain. When I looked into it further, I got a message saying that it is not possible to update the domain without first contacting your registrar and requesting that they remove this status code. Since the registrar has ghosted me, I am left without many options unless I want things to get messy. I tried speaking with a LaunchPad representative, and they told me that a PIN was put on the account, and if I knew the PIN, I could get in to possibly remove that code. Of course, I do not know it. I am trying not to assume the worst, but at this time, this feels fraudulent, and I feel my business was essentially hijacked. I just want them to release my domain so my business can continue to grow, but unfortunately, I don't see that happening. The least I can do is save someone else from having to experience what I have experienced.
