Web Design Review from Harley Saunders
We chose Parachute as our website development and design partner, and its been an outstanding experience from day one. Jay and his team are exceptional at what they do. The process is seamless, they grasp our requirements almost immediately, and consistently deliver beyond expectations. What truly sets them apart is their ongoing support. They are always responsive, quick to help us resolve any issues, and provide sound advice backed by clear, actionable insights. I would highly recommend Parachute to any marketing team or business looking for a reliable, strategic website development, design, and branding partner. Check them out, you will not regret it!

WordPress Website Design Review from Christine Bellefontaine
The parachute team helped us completely re-design and re-build our website onto a WordPress platform. Goals of the project including representing our new brand identity, making our offerings more discoverable by both site architecture and SEO and creating an easy to use site we can maintain internally. Jay and the team were very responsive, kept the project organized and delivered on time. Plus, they've been very helpful ongoing whenever we had questions or concerns. The new site looks and functions great.

WordPress Review from Rui Caluz
Weve been working with Parachute for over five years, and they have been an excellent partner throughout that time. They developed our McMillan WordPress website and have continued to provide reliable support and guidance ever since.Their team has a strong understanding of the professional services sector including the legal industry which has helped us not only maintain our website but also leverage it more strategically using the right tools and best practices. What truly sets Parachute apart is their responsiveness and hands-on approach. They are quick to assist, proactive, and consistently make us feel like a priority rather than just another client. That level of personal attention and partnership is rare and greatly appreciated.

Constructive Reviews & Testimonials

WordPress Website Design Review from Clea Bierman
Blue Meridian Partners has worked with Constructive as our website design and development partner for more than eight years. During that time, they have played a significant role in shaping our digital presence and helping bring our brand to life online. What I've appreciated most is Constructive's ability to balance creativity with stewardship. They have consistently found thoughtful ways to push our brand forward when innovation was needed, while also respecting and working intelligently within established brand guidelines. Their team understands how to translate complex ideas into engaging digital experiences. Across dozens of projects, I've worked with three different project managers, and each has been highly accountable and genuinely enjoyable to partner with. The relationships have been professional, collaborative, and built on trust. We've also had several occasions where creative projects required significant work on very tight timelines with little notice, and Constructive consistently found a way to deliver. Like any long-term partnership, navigating complex websites and evolving organizational needs requires ongoing communication and attention. What has kept us coming back year after year is Constructive's commitment to partnership, their willingness to solve problems alongside us, and the care they bring to our mission. I am grateful for their contributions to Blue Meridian's growth and would confidently recommend Constructive to organizations looking for a thoughtful, mission-driven digital agency.

Nonprofits Review from Robert Espinoza
Constructive built PHIs website back in 2017-2018 and, in many ways, they have been with the organization ever since. Over almost eight years, they've grown alongside PHI rather than simply maintaining a site. PHI is a national nonprofit working at the intersection of research, policy, and workforce interventions on the direct care workforce, and a lot of what we do is complicated. Constructive's remarkable team has had a real knack for turning that complexity into something clear, usable, and genuinely engaging online. Some of the things I'm most proud of from our partnership like our worker story gallery, our national resource center on direct care workers, and our online index came out of that collaboration. These weren't just features; they became core parts of how we tell our story and share our work with advocates, policymakers, and practitioners. What made Constructive stand out was how invested they were in our mission. They were creative and technically excellent, yes but more than that, they showed up as a true partner. We didn't experience them as a vendor so much as an extension of our team. I would absolutely recommend them to any nonprofit or social impact organization looking for a thoughtful, dependable digital partner.

Nonprofits Review from Diana Denza, MPA
The Center for Family Representation worked with Constructive on a year-long rebranding process that overhauled our logo, colors, website, and all of our marketing collateral. As a result of this process, we now have a brand that truly represents our organization and the work we do for low-income NYC families. Constructive was highly responsive and professional throughout the process, working with us to ensure that every element of the rebranding felt just right.

Barrett and Welsh Reviews & Testimonials

Branding Review from Lygia Misquitta
Gavin from Barrett and Welsh is extremely talented, professional and in my opinion a wizard at his craft.I recommend Barrett and Welsh very highly. They worked with me collaboratively to understand what I wanted my brand, logo, and label to represent.Gavin and Nandu are committed to delivering a product that exceeds expectations and that is wonderfully creative with so many touches of genius. I am in love with my logo and brand.

Branding Review from Marilu Hoeppner
I approached barrettandwelsh for help with branding for my publishing company. They delivered a very high-quality product with creativity, professionalism, and thoughtful attention to detail. They are masters of their space and their art. I am delighted with the brand name and logo for my company.
Marilu Hoeppner's Review Sourced from Google
For a new business owner, issues of business plans, financing, and product timelines were a lot to juggle. Branding is way outside my expertise. I had been mulling over the name for my yet-to-be-created publishing company for a few months. When I finally narrowed down the options, I knew what I had to do next - give Gavin a call and get his expert advice. Gavin listened very carefully. He provided insightful advice and helped me work through the rationale for selecting the brand name. In the end, it was none of the options on my list, but a variation of one. It is a clever connection of books to trees, and the tree that I had much fascination with, the famous Torrey Pine tree in La Jolla CA - the town in which the idea was born. I was so happy with it: Storrey Pine LLC. Shortly after my call, I completed a brand brief for the logo design. The brief was very simple to complete and allowed me to provide my preferences for the logo, including pictures of the true Torrey pine cones. A few weeks later, I had a slide deck in hand with nine logo options, each with its own name for easy reference, created by Bhupesh, a very talented designer. They were all strikingly beautiful - each had captured the natural beauty and majesty of the Torrey pine cone. I had a call with Gavin, who walked me through each of the images and helped me understand the design considerations - balance, symmetry, typography, and the ability for the logo to display well in black and white. I selected 2 designs from the deck for further development, along with a request for some modifications. Bhupesh did some experiments on the designs and provided a rationale for what would and would not work. The logo which I finally selected for development is called "Coniferous" and uses the print-block technique, where the pine cone and the nib are traditional while the print is modern. Next, Bhupesh very thoughtfully put together a “creative explorations” slide deck with some mockups of the logo applied to a business card, letterhead, books, and a tote bag to give me a sense of how my logo would look in real world settings. Finally, I received my brand identity kit with high-resolution images of the logo for print and business cards, as well as images for social media.Gavin and Bhupesh delivered a very high-quality product with creativity, professionalism, and thoughtful attention to detail. They are masters of their space and their art. I am delighted with the brand name and logo for my company.

Dos Mundos Creative Reviews & Testimonials
Bob LiVolsi's Review Sourced from Google
At Vaccine Systems, we were under time pressure to get our website up as entered an incubator and a grant process for our Covid-19 related medical technology. In less than 3 weeks, Dos Mundos Creative stepped up and accomplished that. In our first meetings, they listened to and understood our needs. Not only did they provide a great-looking website, but they also sharpened our messaging and provided a logo for which we have received many compliments. All this accomplished in a matter of weeks! in the 8 months since then, we have had two minor issues of our own making pop up with the website. In both cases, Dos Mundos responded quickly and fixed the issue. We recommend Dos Mundos to anyone looking for a responsive and capable team to provide an up-to-date website with excellent graphics that appeals to the eye and tells your story well.
Cassie Shankman's Review Sourced from Google
I hired DMC right before Covid, and everything we had talked about in regards to design and branding I was ready to throw out the window as my whole world had shifted. I am a musician and I do live events and with Covid, I had NO idea what to do. Kana and her team met with me regularly throughout 2020 helping not just talk about my website (which I hired them to do), but go above and beyond and help me with everything – pivoting, new ideas, how to build on what I have, mental health... I MEAN EVERYTHING).They truly gave me so much life through a very dismal time. I felt inspired and excited for what could come next, even if it might have to wait for 2021. They worked with my budget and created something magical – even better than what I could imagine. I have had some hiccups on my side, and they've been there all along responding very quickly! I truly don't know what I would have done without them. They take my crazy ideas and flow and turn it into something that is very easy to understand.Dos Mundos Creative is more than just a branding, website design/building agency... they are the real deal and the full package and make you feel just as important as a client with a huge budget. I am so grateful I found them and grateful to continue to work with them. They are my GO TO!!! And it's female-founded, so that's also a plus in my book!
Chris Sica's Review Sourced from Google
Dos Mundos did an incredible job of taking our brand and media assets and transform them into something that we were finally proud of and that got our message across. They are fast, effective, and intuitive as a team. They were also able to take our guidance and think outside of the box coming up with ways of presenting our ideas that were more succinct and beautiful. Thanks Kana, Parker, and Dos Mundos!

I've been working with True Fit Marketing for a few years and couldn't be happier. Recently, they suggested a fresh website update might be a good idea. We got to creating the new website and even a NEW logo color. Their team is so talented at what they do, so we just trusted them throughout the process. We couldn't be happier with the final product. Highly recommend!!!

My business is called Oasis Senior Advisors in the Pittsburgh area and I really like working with Arlea and the team at True Fit. They are very responsive with emails and are constantly looking to get more visibility with my Facebook page. They are very good with helping me with Facebook posts and are always looking for ways to post videos of me out and about in the community. We have monthly or every other month meetings to review statistics of google searches and how we've performed online as well as talk about what's coming in the future that they can help with. A very strong group and look forward to continuing to work with them.

Eric and his team are rare finds! They gave me the perfect mix of their insight and experience paired with my vision and mission. They listened and they executed in a way that was very personal yet extremely professional… a delicate balance that Eric has mastered. As someone who is not particularly “creative”, I am amazed at how they deciphered my ideas and crafted a powerful, winning strategy driven by stunning media packages.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Jeff Swartz recently, and I couldn't be more impressed with Ethic’s level of professionalism and dedication to their clients. From the moment I reached out to them, I knew I was in good hands. What sets Ethic Advertising apart is their genuine willingness to listen and understand the unique needs of your business. They don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions; instead, they take the time to customize their marketing strategies to perfectly fit your goals and objectives.I highly recommend Ethic Advertising for your marketing needs. Their stellar reputation is well-deserved, and I look forward to our partnership in the future.
Greg Leach's Review Sourced from Google
We talked to numerous marketing firms across the US and most were either inept or wouldn’t talk to us because we’re a startup. When I initially contacted Ethic, I was so used to having a bad experience with other marketing firms, I bluntly said “we’re a startup that needs a lot of help with brand recognition, but we’re on a very limited budget. Can you help?”. The owner Jeff said “let’s talk”. We spent the next hour discussing our business operation and different marketing strategies. We then had a follow up call in which Jeff came prepared with a full presentation and spent the afternoon explaining each line item step by step of how to execute our short term marketing goals. He did all this on his own time for nothing in return. We do not have an agreement in place and there's no guarantee of future business when working with a startup.I can't thank Jeff and the Ethic team enough. They will be our “go to” for all our future marketing needs but it's not because of the free time they gave us, but rather their level of expertise. Our company launched service in January 2023 and currently has 400 app downloads. I will give a follow up review in one year to showcase the value of this experience. If you’re looking for a high level marketing company contact Ethic.
Candice Puzak's Review Sourced from Google
We've been working with Ethic for about a year and a half, using various forms of online advertising and strategy. They have been great partners - always quick to respond, thorough in their approach and knowledgeable in the ever changing digital ad space. Their ability to scale their services to fit our needs and budget has been extremely beneficial as well. We highly recommend Ethic to anyone looking for a quality digital partner.

I had given interview in this organization. Interview process was very good and the HRs are helpfull also. Although I have not joined this organization but their leave policy is not good at all. Also the timings are srict as they mention. In other kolkata based companies the no. of leaves are higher.

7 Frequently Asked Questions About Graphic Design Companies
How do graphic designers price their projects?
Graphic design firms price projects based on scope, complexity, and the value the work brings to your business.
Common pricing models include:
- Project-based (flat fee): One fixed price for the entire project. Works best when the scope is clear.
- Hourly rate: You pay for time spent. Graphic designers use it for ongoing work or projects with changing needs.
- Value-based pricing: Cost reflects the business impact of the design, not just time or effort.
- Retainer: Ongoing monthly agreement for a set amount of work or support.
- Package pricing: Pre-set bundles with defined services, such as branding or social media design.
How much do graphic design agencies typically charge?
Graphic design companies typically charge between $100 and $150+ per hour, with total costs depending on the type and scope of work.
For one-time projects, pricing varies widely:
- Logo design usually costs between $1,000 to $2,500
- Website design ranges from $5,000 to $200,000
- Brochures or social assets often fall between $500 and $2,500+
- Packaging design ranges from $300 to $50,000
- Full branding projects typically cost $16,000 to $63,000
For ongoing work, many graphic design companies use monthly retainers:
- Basic support starts between $500 and $1,000
- Mid-level support ranges from $1,000 and $3,000
- More advanced, high-volume design work costs $3,000 to $5,000+ per month
Specialized design work, such as product or technical design, comes at a higher cost:
- Mechanical design projects range from $5,000 to $10,000
- Prototyping starts at $2,000 and increases based on complexity
How many revisions do graphic design projects typically include?
Most graphic design projects include a limited number of revision rounds, usually one to three, built into the original price.
These revisions include small adjustments, such as tweaking text, colors, or layout details. They help refine the design, not change the concept entirely.
If you request more rounds or major changes after that, designers typically charge extra, often using their hourly rate.
What is the typical turnaround time for graphic design firms?
Most graphic design projects take anywhere from a few days to several weeks, depending on the type of work and its complexity.
- Simple assets, such as social media graphics or ads, are completed in 1 to 6 days.
- Print materials such as brochures often take around 5 to 12 days.
- Larger projects, such as web or app design, can take up to 6 weeks.
The timeline also depends on how clear your brief is and how fast you give feedback. Most timelines already include up to three rounds of revisions, so delays usually happen when feedback is slow or the scope keeps changing.
What file formats do graphic design agencies deliver?
Graphic design firms deliver files in different formats, so you can use the designs across print and digital channels without issues.
They usually provide two main types of files:
Vector files (scalable and editable) are used for logos and brand assets because they can be resized without losing quality:
- AI: The original working file, fully editable
- EPS: Standard format for professional printing
- SVG: Used for websites and digital interfaces
- PDF: Ready for sharing or printing final designs
Raster files (pixel-based) are used for photos and digital visuals where exact detail matters:
- PNG: High quality with a transparent background
- JPG/JPEG: Smaller files, best for web and previews
- TIFF: Large, high-quality files for print
Some projects also include working files, such as PSDs for Photoshop designs or GIFs for simple animations.
All files are usually organized, so you can easily use them for websites, social media, or print materials without extra adjustments.
Can you edit the files that graphic design firms deliver?
You can edit graphic design files only if the agency provides editable formats and gives you the right to use them. In most cases, agencies deliver final files that are ready to use but not easy to change. Editable working files are often shared only if agreed upon in advance.
Files you can edit (if you have the right software):
- AI, EPS, SVG: You can edit logos, shapes, and layouts
- PSD, INDD: You can edit text, images, and layers
- Canva files: You can edit directly in the browser
- Editable PDFs: You can make basic text or image changes
Files that are suitable for use, not editing, include:
- JPG, PNG: You cannot change text or layout
- Flattened PDFs: Elements are locked into one layer
- Outlined text files: Text becomes shapes and cannot be edited
Graphic design companies limit the availability of editable files for practical reasons. Some assets, like fonts or images, are licensed and cannot be transferred. Working files also reflect the designer’s internal process, so the agency doesn’t always include them.
If you need full control, you must define that requirement early. Ask for working files or specific formats in the contract. Otherwise, you will need the original graphic designers to make future changes.
Who owns the copyright: a graphic design agency or a client?
By default, the graphic design agency retains copyright until it transfers it to the client under a contract.
In most cases, ownership depends on what is agreed upon in writing:
- Full ownership transfer: The client gets full copyright and can use, edit, and distribute the design without limits.
- License-only: The agency retains copyright, and the client receives permission to use the design under specific terms (e.g., limited use or channels).
- Partial rights: The client can use the design, but the agency retains certain rights, including the right to use it in its portfolio.
Even when ownership is transferred, some elements may still be restricted. Fonts, stock images, or third-party assets often come with their own licenses.
Without a clear contract, graphic design studios usually retain control, and clients have only limited usage rights.
