I went to interview for a Delivery Manager role.Had 3 people interview me, one of which was dressed in sports outfit for the interview - I do not regard this as being professional.Second, the role advertised is not the same with the role itself. In the job description, the responsibilities were all related to Project Management, however when the interview started I was completely blindsided.They asked me to basically do the work of Sales, Product Owner, Design, Architecture and we spoke a little of Delivery as well.Only to be told later that because this is a consultancy, it's expected of you to do everything. The job does NOT pay for X5 roles with those responsibilities, but you are expected to do those tasks regardless.My advice - just write down all of these in the job advert, saves people time to decide whether it is suited for them or not.

Very bad experience, sent an enquiry to develop an app, someone named Akhilesh reached out to me, discussed everything over call. I kept following up for the update, even answered whatever clarification they needed but the guy just stopped responding and ghosted completely. Not sure about the credibility of this company. I suggest to sign a Non-disclosure agreement or something before disclosing your idea to these guys.

I’ve attended one of the events that they organized on Smart City. They organize a lot of events at their office, where they discuss about some of the trending technologies. The session that I attended was really good and speakers discussed many aspects of IoT-enabled smart city, which were previously unknown to me. I had a very disappointing experience with their walk-in interview process. They posted about a walk-in drive along with a Google Form for registration. Nowhere in their LinkedIn post did they mention that candidates would require a personal invite to attend.I filled out the form and traveled over an hour in 40-degree heat while fasting, only to be told that I hadn’t received an invite and couldn’t interview. If a personal invite was mandatory, this should have been clearly communicated in the post. Additionally, if they were selecting candidates, they should have at least sent a rejection email so people wouldn’t waste their time traveling.This kind of poor organization and lack of communication is highly unprofessional. It reflects badly on the company and makes candidates feel like their time and effort are not valued. I hope they improve their process in the future to avoid misleading applicants.
