Agency Partner built us a pretty website... but it was slow and not technically optimized for SEO. The backend was very buggy, with many "useless" sections in the WordPress dashboard. I am a WordPress developer, but I am also the company's marketing director so we chose to have the site developed by an outside company. I spent approximately 20 hours working on the backend removing useless "features" and optimizing the site to pass the Core Web Vitals. It should've been a huge red flag when the company wouldn't show us the backend before launch. Additionally, when they launched the site they "no-indexed" the entire website! Recently, I sent a ticket to support to fix 404 pages. After getting no response for several days, I went into the site and fixed the error myself. They had the audacity to send me a "we fixed the error" email 24 hours after we fixed the issues ourselves! If you are looking for a well-built site, look elsewhere. This company is only good for pretty site that loads slow and is bogged down with junk. The company reached out and heard my complaints.
