This organization is a scam!! Every single email they send is unsolicited, has a position that does not match my skills or history and when I call the hiring company about the position denies (a) having the position at all, (b) having any position similar open for hire, (c) having any working relationship with AVA Consulting. Many of the "openings" are with companies based in a location I moved away from over 10 years ago. While the "openings" are always listing a city near my current location the client company usually states they don't have any offices in my state (or region). The "agents" of AVA always immediately hang up when I try to conference call with the client. The excuse for all of the inconsistencies in the postings, etc is that "these are general openings" and "the hiring coordinators [at the client companies] typically do not know about the specifics of the positions" These are data mining scams. Whether there is any legitimate work being done at AVA is unknown. But there is plenty of data mining scamming that is originating from them.

If I can put 0 stars I would. Got a call for a job I applied for, but the man sounded so unprofessional. Claims his name is Andrew Helmer. The questions he asked sounded like he wanted to collect my personal information like my birthday etc. Never have I ever have a company do that. Only when you’re getting hired and doing the onboarding then you will need to share your birthday to the company. I’m glad I read the reviews on here, Glassdoor and Indeed to see others facing the same issues. Please be careful! Incompetent interviewers. The worse interview I've had from inexperienced recruiters. I felt as though I was being interrogated in what was supposed to have been a mock interview session, so I was told by the interviewer Mike. Tatiana had a resting dead look on her face the entire time throughout the interview. No personality whatsoever or proper interviewing skills. Mike thought I was lying when I mentioned that the company I was interviewing for manufactured washer/dryers through Bosch. He immediately told Tatiana to go and research this information to determine if it was accurate, never mind the fact that I mentioned that one of Bosch's manufacturing plant is located in my hometown as well as the company that makes parts for them. I definitely know this to be true. Tatiana returned back with inaccurate information that the company sold its stock back to Bosch in the 90s. However, she lefted out the fact that the company still sells washer/dryers that is still manufactured through Bosch and the said company is a brand under the same umbrella as Bosch. Mike and Tatiana were rude and a compete waste of my time. I was well suited and over qualified for the entry level role for which I was interviewing. It was just unfortunate to have had been mishandled by inept, undiscerning recruiters. I decided to apply to the actual company directly. I don't recommend using this staffing agency.

Long overdue review but I worked with Sheri Sakin and my experience was subpar in comparison to other temp agencies in NYC. She was very pushy in trying to get me to leave my job for another job. Ultimately, I got hired under a temp to perm position, but the perm aspect never came after 11 months of working there with no bad reviews. There was very poor communication with me on that. There was never a check in to see how I was doing while in the job. I was placed in a toxic, prejudice, environment. After getting abruptly let go bc they "did not have the budget" to make me a full-time hire, Sheri sent me two other interviews and when those companies decided to hire internally, or just not get back to me, she blamed ME lol. Saying my confidence on the interviews wasn't there (untrue), andthen I wasn't sent anymore jobs. I am currently happily employed (this was a year ago) as a full-time hire by my own merit but it's been on my spirit to write an honest review about my experience with Solomon Page. Again, I have worked with other agencies and they were much more caring than this seemed. It's like once they drop you at a job there's no follow up to see if it's a good fit.

I had an unprofessional experience with Solomon Page during my application for a senior property manager position. The recruiters were aggressive, questioned my extensive real estate experience and educational background, and talked over me during interviews. The process was disorganized, with multiple unnecessary Zoom interviews, and after four interviews, I was rejected via a brief text message. Additionally, the recruiter was uninterested in hearing about my experience or criteria for my next employer, focusing instead on promoting the employer without providing details about the benefits package. Too many years of the industry, I was able to find out a lot of different Different information about the employer, all such as their delinquencies their poor management of funds whenever I poked at this information and try to get a more clear answer of what was happening with the employer on the previous employee that had lasted only eight months there everything was very cagie. Some of the people who work there are racists, ageists and subscribe to cronyism. From Mitch the owner to the workers/assignment managers like Karen and Natalie. They are the worst. They don't care about their employees. They only care about their clients, period. I got injured on one of the jobs that they assigned me and these people suggested that I file for Medicaid and go to the hospital. No help or concern whatsoever. After that, I wasn't given any other assignments. I was told that there were no assignments available even though there were other employees who were getting two to three different assignments at a time - working from home,etc. If you are a minority, don't bother. If you get anything, it will be janitorial, regardless of whether you have a college degree or not. These people are horrible. Don't use them!!!

The people that work at this Staffing Agency are the most useless, prejudice and unprofessional bunch out there. They lie to you to get you to register with them by promising you a lot of jobs and then once you register with them, they tell you nothing is available. I spent 12 months reaching out to them for assignments to no avail. All I got were lies. Obviously, they use your information to get more business, by getting more employers to sign up with them. They only give the good assignments to very few cronies, that’s it. Their minority recruitment is almost nonexistent. Unprofessional. I was contacted by a woman named Avrl L. via text message regarding a position I applied for. She texted back LATE, which I thought was unusual, but I accepted meeting her on Teams the next morning. I took time out of my schedule, had the meeting, I thought it went well, she said she wanted to proceed with sending the company my resume, that she'd email me an application within 2 hours that I had to fill out "ASAP". I got nothing all day, I checked in, no response. She completely ghosted me. Why do people feel it's ok to waste applicants time like this?? Its cruel and heartless as some of us are truly looking for work. Don't like the candidate? Just say it, but dont give false hope and lie to our face, then blow us off. I've had a good experience so far. It was challenging at first understanding how to secure days as a substitute. However, my experience has been great once I figured it out and all the schools I've been to have been a pleasure to go to.

So I spent the first month of my summer (the whole month of June) dedicated to six interviews for this company. Six total interviews! I was professional, hopeful and excited as it had seemed they liked me a lot and the role seemed promising. I was first contacted for a phone interview, then a Zoom interview with the recruiter, then another zoom interview with two managers. Then the recruiter told me I'd be interviewing with two managers - the same two I already interviewed with. I had to remind him I already interviewed with those two managers - RED FLAG! After that I was told the CEO wanted to interview me personally - that sounds amazing right? So I was excited and definitely felt I was liked if the CEO inquired about me. I meet the CEO and she was great! She provided insight about the firm I'd be interviewing for and one of the things she said was she didn't think the firm would hire me (another RED FLAG) and that she had a better role for me. I interviewed for that role and basically didn't get it as they said I lacked the experience - odd right? Why refer me for a role I lack experience in? So then we went back to square one interviewing for that firm that "wouldn't hire me". While I was hesitant bc of what the CEO said, the recruiter assured me I'd have nothing to worry about and sometimes the CEO gets involved in their plans etc etc. This would now be the 6th interview - so I go to the interview excited as it seemed Forest Solutions was gearing me up to get the role. Come to find out I didn't get the role which ultimately meant the CEO was right all along. I wasted an entire month of my summer on 6 interviews. To make it worse the recruiter said he would get back to me to let me know why the firm decided not to move forward with me and he never got back to me. If you are reading this please do not waste your time applying for a job through Forest Solutions. If I could give no stars I would...

If you have any sense of self-respect or self-worth, do not even bother contacting this company or responding to them trying to contact you. I was contacted out of the blue by Minerva Rodriguez at Forrest Solutions to participate in an online 1-on-1 video interview hosted on ZipRecruiter. I was told to be on the call at 10am the next day. Naturally, I dressed up in a suit and was on the call 10 minutes early at 9:50am. After the host started the call, I noticed that it said I was in a queue behind 15 other people. After an hour, at 10:50am, it was finally my turn next. As I got ready for the call to start, it suddenly notified me that the host had ended the call. An hour of waiting after the scheduled start time only to be hung up on before I even got a chance to interview made it clear that Forrest Solutions has no interest in treating anybody with any modicum of respect. I still haven’t received an apology email or even an offer to reschedule to another time. We are human beings. You should be ashamed of yourselves. To any businesses looking to hire Forrest Solutions for your workplace- They say they’re a hospitality company but then treat people like dirt. I’d look elsewhere if I were you.

My experience with Forrest Solutions has been incredibly frustrating. The recruiters do not return calls or follow up, making it nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone. I tried calling the headquarters directly, hoping for some assistance, but was simply told to check the website—no real help or guidance offered. For a staffing agency that’s supposed to help people find opportunities, the lack of communication and professionalism is very disappointing. I expected more effort and accountability from their team. Would not recommend based on my experience.

My experience with Online Rewards has been deeply disappointing. I attempted to redeem a voucher and spent over 45 minutes trying to navigate a broken and confusing redemption process. Even after disabling Apple’s Private Relay, the system repeatedly failed. The process is neither user-friendly nor reliable. To make things worse, customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I received a generic, useless reply—and shockingly, the support ticket was simply closed without any resolution. I had to reopen it myself. This is not just frustrating: it’s unacceptable. Online Rewards operates on behalf of Nielsen, and this experience reflects very poorly on both companies. When you invest time collecting points, you expect a seamless and fair redemption process—not wasted time, stress, and radio silence. Final verdict: Unusable system, no accountability, and zero respect for the user’s time. Avoid this platform unless you’re ready for frustration without support.

Attention employers, apartment managers, etc.: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. After saving up points for almost two years on my apartment's rewards program, shortly before I moved I cashed them in towards a $50 gift card. I made sure to redeem them before I left the property, as I knew it would be difficult, if not impossible, to collect afterwards. Ha! If only I knew the horrors that awaited me. Well, I waited and waited. After two weeks ( It's supposed to be only a 24-48 hour wait to receive your claim code), I called Online Rewards/Be Rewarded and was told that because I had moved I was not eligible to get my card, even though they sent me their form email notifying me my reward was forthcoming two days before I relocated. This fact made no difference to OR--They refused to take ownership of the situation and just blamed my former property for the whole fiasco. After several more weeks of increasingly frustrating phone calls to the leasing office and OR, I was finally given temporary access to my old account to resubmit my points, followed by the same old announcement that the reward was on its way. ANOTHER week goes by, and guess what--Nothing! Called Online Rewards YET AGAIN and had to resubmit my points a THIRD time. This time, success--I FINALLY got my redemption points after only SIX weeks of aggravation--for something I deserved and was rightfully owed. Do you want to put your clients, employees, or residents through this same ordeal? Of course you don't--So FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. You've been warned.

I previously worked at a company where Mike was the head of HR. Mike always had time for the staff, implemented some of the best employee-friendly policies of any company I have ever worked for. He handled with kindness and integrity difficult issues during stressful downturns and cuts the company was making. He was always very positive, knowledgeable and very supportive in addressing everyone’s concerns. A few years later, when I found myself in career transition, I reached out to InventivHR to see how he could help. He had just started offering job search assistance service and committed to do everything he could to help me and get my resume in front of as many hiring managers and recruiters as possible. Knowing he couldn’t guarantee a placement, I signed up for the service and had him redo my resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile.
