I contacted Acrux Staffing (4560 Great Oak Dr, North Charleston, SC) for my 2017 W-2. “Federal law requires all employers to send employees W-2 statements no matter how low earnings or wages are. These W-2 statements can be sent in either paper or digital form, and must be received by employees no later than January 31 of the following year. If I could, I would rate no stars at all. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Walking in and out of the front office without greeting you or asking if need help. Finally someone stopped and asked if I need help so I responded “yes, I applied online and wondering if there’s any jobs available”? The only thing she mentioned was “someone with be with you shortly”. 20 minutes later and no one is at the front desk. Also, while waiting and walking around the front office, I seen papers with potential employees information like Name, last name , SSN AND ROUTING NUMBER. How HIPPA would love to see this.

Most of these good reviews are fake. The employees are good but the managers are si mean. The employees go 7-10 hours without a break. I saw a 16 year old employee get yelled at for sitting down for 3 seconds. The employees are good but aren’t treated good, I used to work fir them but quit after 1 week. This is the worst job ever! Don’t apply unless you like being yelled at for every little thing. They don’t even let you eat for at least over 7 hours. Some supervisors don’t even let you take tips at some events. I could go on and on but it’s too much. Bottom line; TERRIBLE job.

This is the worst company I have dealt with in a very long time. They were very quick to act and get us signed up and start payroll. Once they had us, things fell apart very quickly. They have no communication, no follow-through and are very inaccurate with their payroll. One of the first payroll files we sent to them, they calculated minutes worked as hours worked. We have been waiting over a month to get our Quickbooks import file from them. The bottom line is, save yourself the headache and stay away from this company.

I don't actually have any affiliation or connection to this company at all. I wanted to write this review because they helped me in a situation with a recent restaurant closure that they did business with. I had a gift card with the restaurant that had a substantial balance on it. They fought for me and worked with the owner of the closed restaurant to get that gift card transferred to a usable gift card and they didn't have to do that at all. I wanted to thank this company for fighting for me and doing the right thing. This is an honest company and if I were a business owner in need of their services, I would definitely hire them! Had an initial consultation with the firm after sending them detailed documentation. While the accountant was professional and courteous during our call, I was later informed they had no capacity for new clients and wouldn't be able to take on work until Spring 2025. This information should have been communicated before scheduling the consultation and requesting documents. While I appreciate their eventual honesty, this approach wasted time for both parties and doesn't reflect well on their business practices. Scheduling consultations when you know you can't take on new clients is not good client service.

Misleading, dishonest and greedy. I was originally told my tax preparation would be £1750. I then received a bill for £2500 for a seven page boiler plate generic memo regarding tax advice -which amounted to a newsletter. After over a year of receiving harassment emails and bills, I paid the £2500 and never use them for tax preparation, for fear of further “advice” and trumped up fees. A good decision on my part to not throw good money after bad. In summary, I paid £2500 just to part ways. I feel like a fool for being ripped off

It initially started as Capital Radio (from Euston where I have been to the shop and when I did Help a London Child 2 Christmasses in a row when it was running back then!!). I only went to the lobby area when it was just Capital Radio and it had a restaurant type Reception area back then. Now I just googled Global London and it houses not only Capital and Capital Gold but Heart, LBC and various other radio stations. The trainer (Sushaant Bhai), the team leaders (Rudra Da and Rana Da), the quality analyst (Sam Da), the manager (Joseph sir) , and the HR teams were all very supportive, and the salary process was smooth. The only issue was that the job role was not explained clearly — I was told it was a chat process, but it turned out to be a soundbox process, which I didn’t enjoy and I left the company after a month.
