Roipublic provides us with SEO services. Initially, we had an onboarding call where they laid out the strategy for what they were going to do. They also reviewed our website to ensure all the analytics were connected and tracking traffic and set up our conversion goals so that we could see the results of their efforts.Since then, Roipublic has helped us with content creation, keyword research, keyword strategies, blog posting, Google My Business posting, and other SEO efforts to help my website rank higher on Google search results for certain keywords. I don't provide them with any specific guidelines; they do all the work. I only work closely with them to review their work and approve the content and keywords they're using. They also provide PPC services to their clients, but I only use them for SEO.
